Description
Claims (4)
- 동축으로 배치되고 토션봉을 통해 상호 연결된 제 1 및 제 2회전축과,전도성 및 비자성재료로 제조되며 상기 제 2회전축과 회전방향으로 일체되어 상기 제 1회전축의 외면을 둘러싸는 원통형부재와,자성재료로 제조되며 상기 원통부로 둘러싸인 상기 제 1회전축의 적어도 둘러싸임 부분과,상기 둘러싸임 부분에 형성되고 축방향으로 연장하는 홈과,상기 홈에서의 중첩상태가 상기 제 1회전축에 대한 상대회전위치에 따라 변화되는 방식으로 상기 원통형부재에 형성된 창과,상기 제 1 및 제 2회전축에서 발생된 토오크가 코일의 임피던스변화에 따라 검출되도록 상기 원통형부재의 상기 창이 형성된 부분을 둘러싸도록 배치된 코일과,상기 코일을 덮는 요크부재를 구비하고,상기 요크부재는 상기 코일의 일 단부를 상기 요크부재의 외부로 뽑아 내기 위한 제 1절단부 및 상기 제 1절단부와 별개로 적어도 하나이상의 제 2절단부를 포함하므로써 상기 제 1절단부에 의해 야기되는 상기 코일 자계의 불규칙으로 인해 발생하는 상기 코일의 임피던스변화 및 상기 제 2절단부에 의해 야기되는 상기 코일 자계의 불규칙으로 인해 발생하는 상기 코일의 임피던스변화가 상호 감소되는 것을 특징으로하는 토오크센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 요크부재는 상기 코일의 외면 및 일 단부면을 덮기위한 L형단면을 갖는 제 1환형부재와, 상기 코일의 타 단부면을 덮기위한 직사각형단면을 갖는 제 2환형부재를 구비하고, 상기 제 1환형부재는 또한 상기 제 2환형부재의 외면을 덮고, 상기 요크부재의 상기 제 1 및 제 2절단부는 동일한 면적을 갖고 원주방향으로 동일 간격으로 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 토오크센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전축과 동축으로 상기 하우징에 고착된 코일보빈을 구비하고, 상기 코일보빈에는 상기 회전축과 동축이며 축방향으로 상호 떨어진 2개의 홈이 형성되고, 상기 코일은 상기 2개의 홈의 각각을 따라 감기는 것을 특징으로하는 토오크센서.
- 제 3항에 있어서,동일한 면적을 가지며 갭을 통해 축방향으로 상호 떨어져 형성된 2개의 원통부와,상기 원통부의 외측단에 형성되어 외측을 면하는 외측플랜지와,상기 원통부의 내측단에 형성되어 상호 대향하는 내측플랜지와,방사상 외측으로 돌출하여 갭을 횡단하는 리세스형으로 형성되어 상기 내측플랜지를 상호 연결하는 연결부와,상기 연결부 중 하나의 방사상 외측을 면하는 일 단부면에 형성된 단자장착부와,상기 단자장착부의 상부면에 고착된 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 금속단자를 구비하고,상기 코일의 하나의 일 단부는 상기 제 1단자를 따라 감기고, 상기 코일의 다른 하나의 일 단부는 제 2단자를 따라 감기고, 상기 2개의 코일의 각각의 타 단부는 제 3단자를 따라 감기는 것을 특징으로하는 토오크센서.
