Claims (1)
- 촉매성 기능을 가지는 산화물 전극의 제조 시 요구되는 모재를 세정액을 갖는 세척기와 솔벤트 등에 의해 세척과 탈지를 한 후, Ti의 표면 에칭을 위하여 40℃ ~ 60℃ 상태의 10wt% ~ 35wt% 염산에 30 ~ 90분 동안 담가 에칭한 후, 이 모재 위에 금속 염화물 용액을 브러싱(Burshing) 또는 담금(Dipping)중 선택된 하나의 방법으로 도포하고, 이를 10분간 90℃에서 건조를 한 후, 250℃ ~ 350℃에서 10분간 소결을 하고, 최종 열처리를 350℃ ~ 600℃에서 1시간 소결하는 과정을 거쳐 제조하는 방법을 특징으로 하는 수 처리를 위한 촉매성 산화물 전극의 제조방법.
