Claims (8)
- 미끄러지게 이동가능한 상부 맨드릴(mandrel)이 형성된 상부 펀치(punch)를 포함하는 상부 몰드(mold)와, 미끄러지게 이동가능한 하부 맨드릴이 형성된 하부 펀치와 캐버티(cavity)를 가진 다이(die)를 포함하는 하부 몰드를 포함하며, 상기 상부 펀치는 다이의 캐버티로 미끄러지게 이동가능하고 하부 펀치는 다이의 구멍에서 결합되는, 프레스 성형 장치를 사용한 유전체 블럭의 프레스 성형 방법은,하부 맨드릴이 캐버티 내에서 하부 펀치로부터 돌출할 때, 소정량의 유전체 분말로 상기 캐버티를 충전하는 단계;상부 몰드와 하부 몰드의 적어도 하나를, 상부 맨드릴의 하면과 하부 맨드릴의 상면이 그들 사이 계면에서 서로 접촉하면서, 상부 맨드릴의 하면과 하부 맨드릴의 상면을 서로 접근시켜 접촉시키도록, 이동하는 단계;상부 맨드릴과 하부 맨드릴을 상기 계면에서 서로 접촉을 유지시키면서, 유전체 분말로 충전된 캐버티 내의 소정의 위치로 상기 계면을 이송하는 단계; 및상부 맨드릴과 하부 맨드릴을 서로 상기 계면에서 접촉을 유지시키면서, 상부 펀치와 하부 펀치 사이의 상대적인 이동을 사용하여 캐버티의 유전체 분말을 압축하고, 이에 의해 유전체 블럭을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 유전체 블럭의 프레스 성형 방법.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,하부 몰드의 구성요소의 위치와 상부 몰드의 구성요소의 위치는 독립적으로 서보 제어되는(servo-controlled) 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 블럭의 프레스 성형 방법.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,상부 맨드릴과 하부 맨드릴은 실린더 형상이고, 수학식 0 ≤P ≤r1+r2 을 만족하며, 여기에서, r1은 실린더형 하부 맨드릴의 반경을 나타내고, r2는 실린더형 상부 맨드릴의 반경을 나타내고, P는 하부 맨드릴의 축과 상부 맨드릴의 축 사이의 편차 거리를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 블럭의 프레스 성형 방법.
- 청구항 2 에 있어서,상부 맨드릴과 하부 맨드릴은 실린더 형상이고, 수학식 0 ≤P ≤r1+r2 를 만족하며, 여기에서, r1은 실린더형 하부 맨드릴의 반경을 나타내고, r2는 실린더형 상부 맨드릴의 반경을 나타내고, P는 하부 맨드릴의 축과 상부 맨드릴의 축 사이의 편차 거리를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 블럭의 프레스 성형 방법.
- 청구항 4 에 있어서,유전체 필터 또는 유전체 듀플렉서의 부분으로써 유전체 블럭을 사용하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 유전체 블럭의 프레스 성형 방법.
- 청구항 1 에 있어서,유전체 필터 또는 유전체 듀플렉서의 부분으로 유전체 블럭을 사용하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 유전체 블럭의 프레스 성형 방법.
- 청구항 2 에 있어서,유전체 필터 또는 유전체 듀플렉서의 부분으로 유전체 블럭을 사용하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 유전체 블럭의 프레스 성형 방법.
- 청구항 3 에 있어서,유전체 필터 또는 유전체 듀플렉서의 부분으로 유전체 블럭을 사용하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 유전체 블럭의 프레스 성형 방법.
