Description

本实用新型属于金属加工及机具类。
目前,压力加工生产粉压块一般是一边开模,单向加压形式,模具精度低、互换性差,模具寿命短,制造成本高,生产出来的粉压块质量密度不均,精度达不到高标准的要求。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种粉压块模具,它精度高,互换性好,寿命长,制造成本低,用它生产出来粉压块尺寸精度高,密度均匀,强度高。
本实用新型的结构结合附图加以说明。

如图1、图2所示,粉压块模具包括有上压头1、下压头7、模腔2及芯轴5,模腔2为沿对角线开模的二个模腔半模组成,所述的二个模腔半模由外套3锁定。
这种粉压块模具是采用沿对角线开模,累积误差少,因此尺寸精度高,采用上、下加压生产出来的粉压块密度均匀致密,耐压强度高。因粉压块模具是沿对角线开模,生产中四壁受力均匀,因此大大提高了模具的使用寿命,同时可消除因有些粉压块如叶腊石粉压块等开模后膨胀而形成表面开裂等缺陷。
如图1、图2所示,外套3与二个模腔半模是采用锥面配合的方式进行锁定的。在下压头7与二个模腔半模之间有定位垫板6,加压一次后,可抽出定位垫板6进行二次加压,以保证粉压块密度均匀。
以制造叶腊石粉压块模具为例详细说明本粉压块模具结构及工作情况。如图1、图2所示:外套3与沿对角线开模的模腔半模成锥面配合。因此,方便、迅速的将下压头7、定位垫板6芯轴5、二个模腔半模2及外套3按图1、图2装好。然后将叶腊石粉料4放入模腔中,装好上压头,放在压机上压、抽出定位垫板6,再加压一次,达到上下同时加压完成成型工序,提起压头,将模具拿出可以方便的卸掉外套3、上压头1、模腔半模、退出芯轴5,完成整个成形工艺。
发明人制造的粉压块模具,经实验证实:卸、装方便、造价低廉、互换性好,使用寿命长,是一般型的三倍以上,用此模具生产出的粉压块,避免了在压制过程中因收缩回弹特性使压块产生裂纹和变形,产品精度高,质量密度均匀,该模具在生产中会有广阔前景。

1、一种粉压块模具,包括有上压头(1)、下压头(7)模腔(2)及芯轴(5),其特征在于:模腔(2)为沿对角线开模的二个模腔半模组成,所述的二个模腔半模由外套(3)锁定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的粉压块模具,其特征在于:外套(3)与二个模腔半模是采用锥面配合的方式进行锁定的。
3、根据权利要求2所述的粉压块模具,其特征在于:在下压头(7)与二个模腔半模之间有定位垫板(6)。
