Claims (2)
- 기판; 및 상기 기판상에 형성된 저항체막;을 포함하며,상기 기판상의 저항체막 비형성부로부터 저항체막에 걸쳐서 레이저 트리밍에 의하여 형성된 복수의 직선형상의 트리밍 홈이 평행하게 형성되며, 또한 저항체막내에 위치하는 한 단부가 트리밍홈에 수직인 방향의 동일선상에 위치하도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용 저항기.
- 기판; 및 상기 기판상에 형성된 저항체막;을 포함하는 고압용 저항기의 저항값 조정 방법으로서,상기 기판상의 저항체막 비형성부로부터 저항체막에 걸쳐서 레이저 트리밍에 의하여, 초기 저항값으로부터 산출된 트리밍 길이에 의거하여 동일한 길이로 복수의 트리밍 홈을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고압용 저항기의 저항값 조정 방법.
