Claims (12)
- 자동차용 웨더스트립의 양단을 접착시켜 주는 열융착 장치로서,일측면으로 상기 웨더스트립의 일단이 노출될 수 있도록 상기 웨더스트립의 일단부가 삽입 및 고정되는 제 1 금형과;상기 제 1 금형의 일측면과 마주보는 면으로 상기 웨더스트립의 타단이 노출될 수 있도록 상기 웨더스트립의 타단부가 삽입 및 고정되는 제 2 금형과;상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형 사이의 상기 웨더스트립의 양단이 노출된 부분으로 상기 웨더스트립의 단면을 포함하는 크기를 갖는 접착용 고무판을 공급하는 고무판 공급수단과;상기 접착용 고무판을 중심으로 상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형을 밀착시키는 밀착수단과;상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형을 소정의 온도로 예열하며, 상기 밀착 수단에 의해 상기 접착용 고무판에 밀착된 상기 웨더스트립의 양단이 상기 접착용 고무판으로 융착될 수 있도록 열을 공급하는 예열부;를 포함하며,상기 접착용 고무판이 상기 웨더스트립의 양단면에 맞게 잘려져 상기 웨더스트립의 양단을 연결할 수 있도록, 상기 웨더스트립의 양단이 노출된 상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형의 일측면에 상기 웨더스트립의 단면에 대응되게 돌출된 절단날이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 금형은 제 1 하부 금형과, 제 1 상부 금형으로 구성되며,상기 제 1 하부 금형과 제 1 상부 금형이 마주보는 면의 안쪽으로 상기 웨더스트립의 형상에 맞게 캐버티가 형성되어 있으며,상기 캐버티 안으로 웨더스트립을 삽입하고, 삽입된 웨더스트립을 고정할 수 있도록 상기 제 1 하부 금형에 대하여 상기 제 1 상부 금형을 상하로 이동시키는 제 1 개폐수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 금형은 제 2 하부 금형과, 제 2 상부 금형으로 구성되며,상기 제 2 하부 금형과 제 2 상부 금형이 마주보는 면의 안쪽으로 상기 웨더스트립의 형상에 맞게 캐버티가 형성되어 있으며,상기 캐버티 안으로 웨더스트립을 삽입하고, 삽입된 웨더스트립을 고정할 수 있도록 상기 제 2 하부 금형에 대하여 상기 제 2 상부 금형을 상하로 이동시키는 제 2 개폐수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형에는 서로 대응되게 소정의 간격을 두고 복수개의 캐버티가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형 사이에 설치되며, 상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형의 마주보는 면으로 웨더스트립의 양단이 동일한 길이로 삽입되도록 안내하는 스토퍼를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형의 마주보는 일측면에 대하여 서로 대응되며 돌출되게 형성된 상기 절단날은,상기 웨더스트립의 단면에 대응되게 돌출된 제 1 절단날과;상기 제 1 절단날에 의해 상기 접착용 고무판이 상기 웨더스트립의 양단면에 맞게 잘려진 후 남은 상기 접착용 고무판을 제거할 수 있도록, 상기 제 1 절단날의 일측과 연결되며 상기 접착용 고무판 보다는 길게 형성된 제 2 절단날;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 장치.
- 제 3항에 따른 열융착 장치를 이용한 웨더스트립의 열융착 방법은,(a) 소정의 길이를 갖는 긴 관 형태의 웨더스트립을 준비하는 단계와;(b) 상기 제 1 하부 금형과 제 2 하부 금형의 마주보는 면으로 상기 웨더스트립의 양단이 노출될 수 있도록 상기 웨더스트립의 양단부를 상기 제 1 하부 금형과 제 2 하부 금형에 삽입하는 단계와;(c) 상기 제 1 상부 금형과 제 2 상부 금형이 하강하여 각기 상기 제 1 하부 금형과 제 2 하부 금형에 맞물려 상기 웨더스트립의 양단부를 고정하는 단계와;(d) 상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형 사이의 상기 웨더스트립의 양단이 노출된 부분으로 상기 웨더스트립의 단면을 포함하는 크기를 갖는 접착용 고무판을 공급하는 단계와;(e) 상기 접착용 고무판을 중심으로 상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형을 밀착시켜, 상기 웨더스트립의 양단을 상기 접착용 고무판으로 열융착시키는 단계;를 포함하며,상기 접착용 고무판이 상기 웨더스트립의 양단면에 맞게 잘려져 상기 웨더스트립의 양단을 연결할 수 있도록, 상기 웨더스트립의 양단이 노출된 상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형의 일측면에 상기 웨더스트립의 단면에 대응되게 돌출된 절단날이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계는,(b1) 상기 제 1 하부 금형과 제 2 하부 금형 사이에 설치된 스토퍼의 양측면에 밀착되도록 상기 웨더스트립의 양단부를 삽입하는 단계와;(b2) 상기 스토퍼를 상기 제 1 하부 금형과 제 2 하부 금형 사이에서 분리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형은 약 180℃로 예열되는 것을특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 (e) 단계는, 상기 접착용 고무판을 중심으로 상기 제 1 금형과 제 2 금형이 각각 약 1,356N의 힘으로 밀착되며, 약 100초 정도 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 방법.
- 제 7항 내지 10항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착용 고무판은 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 터폴리머 재질로, 1 내지 1.2mm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 웨더스트립은 취부부와 중공부로 이루어지며, 상기 접착용 고무판은 상기 취부부에 대응되는 색상을 갖는 부분과, 상기 중공부에 대응되는 색상을 갖는 부분이 접합된 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 웨더스트립의 열융착 방법.
