- 일반식 RSi(OR')3(식중 R은 탄소수 1∼8의 유기기, R'는 탄소수 1∼5의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1∼4의 아실기를 표시)로 나타나는 메틸트리메톡실란, 메틸트리에톡실란, 에틸트리메톡실란, 에틸트리에톡실란, n-프로필트리에톡실란, i-프로필트리메톡실란, n-프로필트리에톡실란, γ-클로로프로필트리메톡실란, γ-클로로프로필트리에톡실란, 비닐트리메톡실란, 비닐트리에톡실란, 3.3.3-트리플로로프로필트리메톡실란, γ-그리시드키시프로필트리메톡실란, γ-메타크록시프로필트리메톡실란,γ-메카프트프로필트리메톡실란, 페닐트리메톡실란, γ-아미노프로필트리메톡실란, 3.4-에폭시시클로헥실에틸트리메톡실란으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 병용하는 오르가노알콕실란의 가수분해물 및 축합물 0.7∼41.7중량%와, 알코올을 분산매로하고 평균입경이 5~300m㎛인 콜로이드 무기안료(고형분) 0.02∼27.9중량%을 교반·혼합하는 a 단계와,물을 분산매로하고 평균입경이 5~100m㎛인 콜로이드 지르코니아(고형분) 0.27∼18.6중량%, 물을 분산매로하고 평균입경이 5~100m㎛인 콜로이드 알루미나(고형분) 0.02∼3.8중량%, 물 0.6∼45.4중량%, 산 0.01∼3 중량%를 첨가하여 교반·혼합하는 b 단계와,상기 b 단계에 의해 제조된 액을 교반하면서 a 단계에 의해 제조된 액을 적하·반응하고, 반응 종료후 30 ~ 90분 교반을 유지하는 c 단계와,상기 c 단계에 의해 제조된 액을 코팅방법에 따라 저급지방족 알코올 15.9∼95.4중량%를 넣은 후 밀봉하고, 상온(25℃)에서 1 ~ 24시간 숙성하는 d 단계를 통해,오르가노알콕실란의 가수분해물 및 축합물 0.7∼41.7중량%; 평균입자크기가 5∼100m㎛ 인 콜로이드 지르코니아(고형분) 0.27∼18.6중량%; 평균입자크기가 5∼100m㎛ 인 콜로이드 알루미나(고형분) 0.02∼3.8중량%; 평균입자크기가 5∼300m㎛ 인 콜로이드 무기안료(고형분) 0.02∼27.9중량%; 물 0.6∼45.4중량%; 저급지방족 알코올 15.9∼95.4중량%; 산 0.01∼3 중량% 로 이루어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 착색투명 무기도료 조성물 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서;상기 b 단계의 혼합액은 pH 2∼7 인 것을 특징으로 하는 착색투명 무기도료 조성물 제조방법.
- 일반식 RSi(OR')3(식중 R은 탄소수 1∼8의 유기기, R'는 탄소수 1∼5의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1∼4의 아실기를 표시)로 나타나는 메틸트리메톡실란, 메틸트리에톡실란, 에틸트리메톡실란, 에틸트리에톡실란, n-프로필트리에톡실란, i-프로필트리메톡실란, n-프로필트리에톡실란, γ-클로로프로필트리메톡실란, γ-클로로프로필트리에톡실란, 비닐트리메톡실란, 비닐트리에톡실란, 3.3.3-트리플로로프로필트리메톡실란, γ-그리시드키시프로필트리메톡실란, γ-메타크록시프로필트리메톡실란,γ-메카프트프로필트리메톡실란, 페닐트리메톡실란, γ-아미노프로필트리메톡실란, 3.4-에폭시시클로헥실에틸트리메톡실란으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 병용하는 오르가노알콕실란의 가수분해물 및 축합물 0.7∼41.7중량%;물 또는 알코올을 분산매로하는 평균입자크기가 5∼100m㎛ 인 콜로이드 지르코니아(고형분) 0.27∼18.6중량%;물 또는 알코올을 분산매로하는 평균입자크기가 5∼100m㎛ 인 콜로이드 알루미나(고형분) 0.02∼3.8중량%;물 또는 알코올을 분산매로하는 평균입자크기가 5∼300m㎛ 인 콜로이드 무기안료(고형분) 0.02∼27.9중량%;메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올, 이소프로판올, n-부탄올, 이소부탄올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 저급지방족 알코올 15.9∼95.4중량%;염산, 황산, 질산, 인산, 개미산, 초산, 안식향산, 파라톨루엔술폰산, 구엔산 으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 산 0.01∼3 중량% 및;물 0.6∼45.4중량%로 이루어진 착색투명 무기도료 조성물을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 착색투명 무기도료 조성물을 이용한 코팅방법.
