Claims (8)
- 프로필렌 수지의 발포 비드를 가열 및 성형하여 수득한 프로필렌 수지의 발포 및 팽창 비드 성형체로서, 성형체의 겉보기 밀도는 0.11 내지 0.45 g/cm3이고, JIS K 7221에 따라 측정한 최대 굽힘 강도 (kgf/cm2) 를 겉보기 밀도 (g/cm3) 로 나누어 수득한 값이 150 (kgf/cm2)/(g/cm3) 초과이며, 상기 성형체의 단면에서의 평균 셀의 수가 5 내지 200 셀/mm2의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, JIS K 7221에 따라 측정한 최대 굽힘 강도 (kgf/cm2) 를 겉보기 밀도 (g/cm3) 로 나누어 수득한 값이 155 (kgf/cm2)/(g/cm3) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, JIS K 7110에 따라 측정한 아이조드(Izod) 충격값이 1 (kgf·cm/cm2) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.002 내지 5 중량 %의 무기 또는 유기 기포 안정화제를 함유하는 프로필렌 수지가 기재 수지로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 기포 안정화제가 아연 보레이트 및 나트륨 2,2-메틸렌비스(4,6-tert-부틸페닐)포스페이트 중의 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성형체의 시차 주사 열량 측정법으로 수득한 DSC 곡선의 고온측상의 흡열 피크에서의 열량이 3 내지 20 J/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성형체의 시차 주사 열량 측정법으로 수득한 DSC 곡선의 고온측상의 흡열 피크에서의 열량이 3 내지 15 J/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성형체를 구성하는 발포 입자가 무기 가스형 발포제를 사용하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
