Claims (1)
- 갑각류의 게에서 추출한 키틴으로부터 얻은 키토산을 묽은 염산수용액에 용해시키고, 효소를 첨가하여 가수분해시킨후, 가열하여 효소를 실활시키고, 여과 및 분말화공정을 거쳐 올리고 키토산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,묽은 염산수용액에 상기 키토산을 용해시켜 pH 4.7-4.9로 조정하고, 이때 키토산 용액의 pH 조정은 완충액(buffer)을 사용하지 않고 키토산의 용해도한계범위에서 키토산의 함량을 높여 조정하여 키토산 용액을 얻고,얻어진 키토산 용액에 트리코더마 비리드 유래의 엔도형 셀룰라제를 키토산에 대해 0.1-3중량% 첨가하여 키토산을 부분가수분해시킨 후, 다시 묽은 염산수용액을 가하여 키토산용액의 pH를 1-2 정도로 낮추고 다시 키토산을 첨가하고 pH를 4.7-4.9로 올린 다음 셀룰라제를 0.1-3중량% 첨가하여 2차로 가수분해시키고, 이때 가수분해반응은 45-50℃의 온도에서 6-48시간 반응시키고,가수분해된 반응액을 80-100℃의 온도로 가열하여 효소를 실활시키고,효소실활된 반응액을 미세여과하여 불순물을 제거하고,불순물이 제거된 여액을 농축공정을 거치지 않고 곧바로 분무건조하는 일련의 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 중합도 5-10인 올리고키토산의 제조방법.
