Claims (3)
- 공작기계의 주축에 동심으로 고정되는 관형 척 본체, 상기 척 본체에 제공되어 등각도 간격으로 배열되는 3개의 제1 실린더 및 복수의 제2 실린더, 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더에 장착되며 유압하에서 방사상으로 돌출되기에 적합하고 스프링력 또는 유압 하에서 후퇴되기에 적합한 피스톤, 그리고 공작물에 대항하여 상기 압력유체원으로부터의 유압과는 별개로 상기 제1 실린더의 피스톤에 압력을 작용시키기 위한 압력 가압수단을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더는 상기 주축에 수직인 평면에서 원주를 따라 등각도 간격으로 배열되고, 각각의 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더는 상기 척 본체의 원통형 표면으로부터 돌출 및 후퇴되기에 적합한 로드를 가지고 있으며, 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더는 상기 척 본체내에 제공되는 압력유체 공급통로를 통하여 압력유체원과 연통하며, 이에 의해 공작물은 압력유체원으로부터 상기 피스톤에 압력유체를 작용시키므로써 척킹되는 것을 특징으로 하는 척 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더는 상기 제1 및 제2 실린더의 피스톤이 유체압력하에서 전진 및 후퇴되는 복동식 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 척 조립체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 피스톤은 그 선단에 탈착가능한 연장부재를 가지며, 상기 척 조립체는 상기 척 본체의 상기 원통형 내부 표면에끼워맞춤되기에 적합한 링을 더 포함하며, 상기 링은 상기 피스톤의 상기 연장부재가 미끄럼되어 상기 링의 내부 표면으로부터 돌출 및 후퇴되도록 구멍을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 척 조립체.
