Claims (3)
- 각각 적어도 1층의 차광막을 갖는 동시에 적어도 한쪽에 전극을 갖는 2장의 기판 사이에 액정재료를 삽입하여 이루어진 액정표시소자로서, 광경화형 밀봉재에 의해 각각의 전극 기판이 대향 배치되도록 부착하고, 광경화형 밀봉재에 빛을 조사하여 형성하는 액정표시소자에 있어서, 2장의 기판 사이에 삽입된 광경화형 밀봉재의 바로 위 또는 바로 아래의 어느 한쪽에 있는 차광막의 폭이 150㎛ 이하, 개구부의 폭은 5㎛ 이상 인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2장의 기판 사이에 삽입된 광경화형 밀봉재의 바로 위 또는 바로 아래의 어느 한쪽의 차광막의 형상이 격자형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 각각 적어도 1층의 차광막을 갖는 동시에 적어도 한쪽에 전극을 갖는 2장의 기판 사이에 액정재료를 삽입하여 이루어진 액정표시소자로서, 광경화형 밀봉재에 의해 각각의 기판이 대향 배치되도록 부착하고, 광경화형 밀봉재에 빛을 조사하여 형성하는 액정표시소자에 있어서, 상기 2장의 기판 상의 상기 광경화형 밀봉재를 배치하고 있는 부분의 차광막은 격자형상이고, 대향하는 위치관계는, 상기 기판 상의 격자형상의 차광부와 대향하는 상기 기판 상의 개구부의 위치가 150㎛ 이하의 중첩량으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
