Claims (7)
- 선단외주부에 절삭날이 설치되어 있는 공구본체의 외주면에 칩배출구를 구비한 칩수납체가 부착되고, 상기 공구본체에 장착된 아버를 공작기계에 연결한 경우에 그 칩수납체에 공작기계에 연결된 위치결정부재가 설치되어 있는 칩배출기구부착 전삭공구에 있어서,상기 위치결정부재는 장착부재에 의해 상기 칩수납체에 착탈가능하게 부착되고,상기 장착부재의 부착위치에 의해서 상기 위치결정부재를 둘레방향으로 위치조정 가능하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 칩배출기구부착 전삭공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배출구에 대한 위치결정부재의 둘레방향위치를 조정가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 칩배출기구부착 전삭공구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아버와 공작기계는 키와 키홈을 서로 끼워 맞추는 것으로 일체 회전하도록 연결되어 있고, 상기 아버의 키홈 또는 키에 대한 상기 위치결정부재의 둘레방향위치를 조정 가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 칩배출기구부착 전삭공구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 위치결정부재에는 걸기부가 설치되고, 상기 아버에는 상기 걸기부와 결합가능한 결합부가 설치되며, 그 결합부가 아버의 둘레방향으로 복수개 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 칩배출기구부착 전삭 공구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 위치결정부재에는 걸기부가 설치되고, 상기 아버에는 상기 걸기부와 결합가능한 결합부를 구비한 지지부재가 착탈 가능하게 설치되며, 그 지지부재의 부착위치에 의해서 결합부를 둘레방향으로 가능하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 칩배출기구부착 전삭공구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 위치결정부재에는 상기 공작기계에서 공급되는 공기를 통과시키는 관통구멍이 형성되고, 그 관통구멍을 통과한 공기는 공기통로를 통하여 상기 칩수납체 내 또는 상기 배출구에 설치된 공기증폭기의 한쪽방향 이상으로 공급되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 칩배출기구부착 전삭공구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 공구본체는 자동공구교환장치에 의해 공작기계에 착탈되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 칩배출기구부착 전삭공구.
