Abstract
본 발명은 엘피지(LPG)용 차량에 설치되는 연료탱크의 연결 구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 차체 의 한정된 공간 설치패키지의 활용이 용이하고 차실내의 가스오염을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 연료가스의 충전량을 충분히 확보할 수 있도록 된 엘피지용 차량의 다열 일체형 연료탱크 구조로서, 다열의 연료탱크(1a,1b,1c) 들을 서로 기상 및 액상의 연통파이프(3a,3b) 들을 매개로 상호 연결하면서 이웃하는 연료탱크(1a,1b,1c) 들과 서로 연결브라켓(2) 들로 고정시키고, 상기 각각의 연료탱크들에는 차량의 진동및 충격등으로부터 연결브라켓(2)들의 파손을 방지하기 위해 차체에 부착되는 고정브라켓(9)들이 한쪽선단원통부에 설치되어 이루어진 구조로 되어있다.
Description
본 발명은 엘피지(LPG)용 차량에 설치되는 연료탱크의 연결구조에 관한 것으로, 특히 차체하부에 설치하여 차량의 지상고 문제와 차량의 플로어 하면부내지는 트렁크룸등에 설치하여 연료가스의 차량실내오염 등을 해결한 엘피지용 차량의 다열 일체형 연료탱크 연결구조에 관한 것이다.
기존 엘피지용 차량에 있어서, 연료인 엘피지를 보관하는 연료탱크는 KS규격에 의하여 일정한 규격을 갖춘 하나의 원통형 구조로 되어 있으며, 차량 장착시 승용차에서는 트렁크 내부실내에 설치하며, 승합차 및 상용차의 경우에는 차체하부쪽에 설치하고 있다.
이런 엘피지 연료탱크의 구조를 살펴보면 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 두께가 2.6∼3.6t의 강철재로 제작된 동판과 경판의 용접구조물로 되어 있으면서 한쪽 측면에 연료충전밸브(108)나 액상밸브(105) 및 기상밸브(106)가 장착되어 있으며, 이와 더불어 연료게이지(107)와 각종 취부구조물(109) 등을 갖추고 있는 바, 상기와 같은 종래의 엘피지용 연료탱크(101)는 연료탱크 특성상 차량이 일정거리를 주행하기 위한 충분한 연료의 용량 확보가 필수적이나, 하나의 원통형으로 되어있는 연료탱크(101)는 차량의 패키지 구조상 용량확보에 문제점이 있었다.
또한 승용차의 트렁크와 같은 한정된 설치공간내에 설치되는 경우는 공간활용이 불편하고 승합차 및 상용차와 같이 차체하부의 설치시에는 지상고가 낮아지는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 발명된 것으로, 엘피지 연료탱크의 차량 장착성을 향상시키면서 연료의 용량도 충분히 확보할 수 있는 개선된 엘피지용 차량의 다열 일체형 연료탱크 연결구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.

상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 다열의 연료탱크, 바람직하게는 2열 내지 3열의 원통형 탱크들을 서로 기상 및 액상파이프들을 매개로 상호 연결하면서 이웃하는 연료탱크와 서로 연결브라켓들로 고정시키고, 상기 각각의 연료탱크들에는 차량의 진동및 충격으로부터 연결브라켓의 파손을 방지하기 위해 차체에 부착되는 고정브라켓들이 한쪽 선단원통부에 설치되어 이루어진 구조로 되어 있다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부된 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 제 1실시예로서, 엘피지용 차량에 장착되는 연료탱크열(1)을 도시한 사시도로서, 도면에 도시된 바와 같이,본 발명의 실시예에서는 3열의 연료탱크를 도시하였으나 굳이 이에 한정되는 것이 아니고 필요에 따라 다양한 다열구조를 가질 수 있으나, 2열 내지 3열의 배열구조로 갖춘 연료탱크들이 바람직하다.
각각의 연료탱크(1a,1b,1c) 들이 다열로 배치되어 연결브라켓들(2)을 매개로 서로 고정되어 있으면서 이웃하는 연결탱크들(1a,1b,1c)과 액상 및 기상의 연결파이프(3) 들로 서로 연통되어 있다. 또한 도면에는 3열로 배치된 연료탱크열(1)을 도시하였으나 필요에 따라 다열방식으로 적절하게 배치할 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예, 즉 2열 방식으로 일체화된 연료탱크열(1)을 도시한 것으로, 동일한 부위에는 동일참조부호를 사용한다. 이 실시예에서도, 앞선 실시예의 구조와 같이 연료탱크(1a,1b)들은 연결브라켓(2)을 매개로 연결고정되면서 액상연통파이프(3a)와 기상연통파이프(3b)들로 서로 연통되어 있다.
그리고 본 발명의 제2실시예들에 적용된 각각의 연료탱크들에는 차량의 진동 및 충격으로 부터 상기 연료탱크(1a,1b,1c)들을 서로 일체화로 고정시키는 연결브라켓(2)의 파손을 방지하기 위하여 차체에 부착되는 고정브라켓(9)들이 한쪽 선단 원통부에 각각 설치되어 있으며, 도 3과 도 4에 도시된 바와같이 연료탱크들을 연통시키는 액상연통파이프(3a)는 연료탱크의 하부쪽에 설치되는 반면, 기상연통파이프(3b)는 연료탱크의 상부쪽에 설치되어 있다.
또한 이들의 액상 및 기상연통파이프(3a,3b)은 본 발명에서는 직관 내지는 라운드진 벤딩관형태의 금속관들로 되어 있지만 가요성의 주름관이나 합성고무관들로 형성시키어도 상관은 없다.
또한 상기 연료탱크열(1)에는 기존의 연료탱크와 같이 한개의 액상밸브(5)와 기상밸브(6), 충전밸브(8), 연료게이지(7) 및 솔레노이드와 필터부(4)를 각각 설치하여 이루어진 구조로 되어 있다.
이와같이 이루어진 본 발명에 따른 엘피지용 차량의 다열 일체형 연료탱크열(1)은 각각의 연료탱크(1a,1b,1c) 들을 차체에 조립고정시킴에 따라 차량 주행시 발생하는 진동에 의한 충격으로부터 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 연료탱크들(1a,1b,1c)을 다열로 배치하여 설치할 수 있어서 한정된 차량의 설치공간 패키지 활용이 여러방법으로 가능하고, 더욱이 연료가스의 용량확보가 이루어지는 구조를 갖게 된다.
한편 한쪽 연료탱크(1a)에 설치되는 액상밸브(5)와 기상밸브(6)는 기존방식처럼 각각 솔레노이드 및 필터부(4)에 연결됨에 따라 차량의 엔진에는 보다 정제된 깨끗한 연료가스를 공급시키도록 되어있다.
상기와 같이, 본 발명은 차량의 엘피지연료 탱크열의 연결구조를 다양하게 설계할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 차실외쪽 차체부위에 연료탱크를 설치하여 차실내의 가스오염을 방지하고 설치시 지면과의 지상고 문제를 해결하며, 특히 연료가스 충전량을 충분히 확보할 수 있는 잇점 등을 갖추게 된다.
Claims (2)
- 차량용 엘피지연료를 보관할 수 있도록 원통형 구조를 갖추면서 연료충전밸브와 액상밸브, 기상밸브 및 연료게이지가 설치되어 이루어진 엘피지용 차량의 연료탱크 구조에 있어서,다열로 배치되는 연료탱크(1a,1b,1c) 들을 서로 액상 및 기상연통파이프(3a,3b)들을 매개로 상호 연통시키되, 상기 액상연통파이프(3a)는 연료탱크들의 하부쪽에 설치되고, 기상연통파이프(3b)는 연료탱크들의 상부쪽에 각각 설치되며, 상기 이웃하는 연료탱크(1a,1b,1c)들은 연결 브라켓(2)들을 매개로 서로 고정되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 엘피지용 차량의 다열 일체형 연료탱크 연결구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각각의 연료탱크(1a,1b,1c)들에는 이 연결브라켓(2)과 연통파이프(3a,3b)들의 파손을 방지하기 위해 차체에 부착되는 고정브라켓(9)이 한쪽 선단원통부에 각각 설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 엘피지용 다열 일체형 연료탱크 연결구조
