Claims (5)
- 200∼600 ℃의 고온에서 암모니아를 환원제로 사용하고, 구리가 담지된 모더나이트형 제올라이트 촉매상으로 배기가스를 이동시켜서 배기가스 내의 질소 산화물을 환원시키는 질소 산화물 함유 소각로 배기가스의 탈질 방법에 있어서,a) 상기 배기가스에 염화수소 가스를 혼입시켜서 염화수소 가스 농도가 30∼10,000 ppm인 배기가스를 제조하는 단계; 및b) 상기 a) 단계의 염화수소 가스가 혼입된 배기가스를 구리가 담지된 모더나이트형 제올라이트 촉매상으로 이동시켜서 배기가스 내의 질소 산화물을 환원시키는 단계를 포함하는 질소 산화물 함유 소각로 배기가스의 탈질 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계의 구리가 담지된 모더나이트형 제올라이트 촉매는 구리 담지량이 0.71 내지 2.24 중량이고, 비표면적이 330∼400 ㎡/g이고, 실리콘(Si)과 알루미늄(Al)의 중량비가 4∼6 : 1 인 질소 산화물 함유 소각로 배기가스의 탈질 방법.
- 200∼600 ℃의 고온에서 암모니아를 환원제로 사용하고, 구리가 담지된 모더나이트형 제올라이트 촉매상으로 배기가스를 이동시켜서 배기가스 내의 질소 산화물을 환원시키는 질소 산화물 함유 소각로 배기가스의 탈질 방법에 있어서,a) 상기 구리가 담지된 모더나이트형 제올라이트 촉매를 염화수소 가스와 접촉시켜서 활성화된 촉매를 제조하는 단계; 및b) 상기 a)단계의 활성화된 촉매 상으로 배기가스를 이동시켜서 배기가스 내의 질소 산화물을 환원시키는 단계를 포함하는 질소 산화물 함유 소각로 배기가스의 탈질 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계의 촉매와 염화수소 가스의 접촉은 상기 촉매를 염화수소 가스 농도가 30∼10,000 ppm인 공기에서 2 시간 이상 접촉시키는 질소 산화물 함유 소각로 배기가스의 탈질 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 구리가 담지된 모더나이트형 제올라이트 촉매는 구리 담지량이 0.71 내지 2.24 중량이고, 비표면적이 330∼400 ㎡/g이고, 실리콘(Si)과 알루미늄(Al)의 중량비가 4∼6 : 1 인 질소 산화물 함유 소각로 배기가스의 탈질 방법.
