Claims (2)
- 아아크 용접용 플럭스 충전와이어에 있어서,상기 와이어의 표면은 구리도금 및 산화열처리가 되지 않고, 아연분말을 함유하는 윤활제에 의해 도포되어 있으며, 이때 상기 아연분말은 0.001∼0.05g/m2의 부착량으로 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아아크 용접용 플럭스 충전와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 윤활제에는 이황화몰리브덴과 이황화텅스텐이 단독 또는 복합으로 함유되며, 상기 단독 또는 복합으로 함유되는 이황화몰리브덴과 이황화텅스텐이 상기 와이어의 표면에 0.005∼0.1g/m2의 부착량으로 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아아크 용접용 플럭스 충전 와이어.
