Claims (7)
- 암모니아를 환원제로 이용하는 질소산화물 제거용 오산화바나듐계 촉매에 있어서, 안료용 이산화티타늄의 제조과정에서 얻어지는 메타티타닌산(TiO(OH)2)이 주성분인 슬러리 상태의 중간생성물을 충분히 건조, 소성하여 얻은 이산화티타늄을 담지체로 하고 상기 담지체에 오산화바나듐과 함께 산화바륨 또는 산화칼슘을 담지하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 오산화바나듐계 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 소성은 400∼700℃로 5시간 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 오산화바나듐계 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이산화티타늄은 500∼70,000Å의 세공크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 오산화바나듐계 촉매.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 원료의 총 합산중량을 기준으로 하여 오산화바나듐의 담지량은 1.0∼10 중량%로 하고 담지체의 비표면적에 따라 단층 이하로 담지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 오산화바나듐계 촉매.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원료의 총 합산 질량을 기준으로 하여 산화바륨 또는 산화칼슘이 1∼8 중량%로 이산화티타늄 담지체에 담지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 오산화바나듐계 촉매.
- 안료용 이산화티타늄의 제조과정에서 얻어지는 메타티타닌산(TiO(OH)2)이 주성분인 슬러리 상태의 중간생성물을 충분히 건조하여 수분을 제거한 후 400∼700℃로 5시간 이상 소성하여 안료용 이산화티타늄을 얻는 단계와 상기의 안료용 이산화티타늄을 담지체로 하여 상기 담지체에 오산화바나듐과 함께 산화바륨 또는 산화칼슘을 담지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 오산화바나듐계 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 산화바륨 또는 산화칼슘은 오산화바나듐과 동시에 안료용 이산화티타늄 담지체에 담지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 오산화바나듐계 촉매의 제조방법.
