Claims (3)
- 내부를 관통하는 유체유로를 가지고, 상기 유체유로에 유량센서의 검출부를 배치하여 설치한 유량검출기본체와, 상기 유량검출기본체에 있어서의 유체유로에 연달아 통하는 입출력유로를 가지고, 유량검출기본체에 대하여, 그 유체유로의 입력측 및 출력측에 부착된 입력블록 및 출력블록과, 상기 입력블록 및 출력블록의 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽에 설치되고, 그들의 유로를 흐르는 유체의 유량을 조절하는 유량조절밸브를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브부착 유량검출기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유량검출기본체와 입력블록 및 출력블록의 유로들을 시일부재를 통해서 접합하고, 상기 유로들의 외부에서 유량검출기본체와 입력블록 및 출력블록을 연결수단으로 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브부착 유량검출기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유량검출기본체 내를 관통하는 유체유로 및 상기 유량검출기본체의 접합부에에서 입력블록과 출력블록의 입출력유로를 단면이 일치되게 직선형으로 형상하고, 상기 입력블록과 출력블록의 입출력유로가 개방되어 있고 다른 기기에 부착하기 위한 부착면을 상기 유량검출기 본체의 유체유로의 축선에 평행한 면으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브부착 유량검출기.
