Claims (3)
- 화학식 1의 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.[화학식 1]LizM'xM'xCo1-2xO2식에서, M'은 알칼리 토금속, M'은 전이 금속이고, M'과 M'의 산화수를 합한 값이 +3이고, 0〈x≤0.2, 0.95≤z≤1.05이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 M'은 마그네슘(Mg)이고, M'은 티타늄(Ti)인 리튬 이차 전지용 양극 활물질.
- 양극 활물질로서 화학식 1의 물질을 사용하고, 음극 활물질로서 리튬 이온의 인터칼레이션, 디인터칼레이션이 가능한 물질을 사용하고, 전해액으로서 비수용액계 전해액을 사용하는 리튬 이차 전지.[화학식 1]LizM'xM'xCo1-2xO2식에서, M'은 알칼리 토금속, M'은 전이 금속이고, M'과 M'의 산화수를 합한 값이 +3이고, 0〈x≤0.2, 0.95≤z≤1.05이다.
