Claims (5)
- 띠형상으로 압출되어 일측이 겹쳐지게 권회시킨 내피(2)와,상기 내피(2)위에 일측이 겹쳐지게 권회시키고 겹친부분은 압착시킨 중간층(3)과,상기 중간층(3)위에 일측이 겹쳐지게 권회시키고 겹친 부분을 압착시킨 외피(4)와,상기 내피(2)와 중간층(3) 및 외피(4)가 열융착되어 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중관.
- 롤러(21)가 환형으로 배열된 와인더(20)일측에 회동 가능하게 배치된 노즐(11)(12)(13)과, 상기 노즐(11)(12)에 PE를 공급하여 띠형상의 내피(2)와 외피(4)를 압출시키는 사출기(10)와, 상기 노즐(13)에 재활용재를 공급하여 띠형상의 중간층(3)을 압출시키는 사출기(10')와, 와인더(20)의 측면에서 이동되게 설치되고 중간층(3)과 외피(4)의 겹치는 부분을 압착시키는 롤러(30)(31)(32)와, 상기 와인더(20)의 외측에 설치되고 내피(2)와 중간층(3) 및 외피(4)를 냉각시키는 살수냉각장치를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중관 제조장치.
- 제 2 항에서, 중간층(3)을 배출하는 노즐(13)은 노즐구멍(14)(15)을 상하로 배치시켜 이중으로 배출시키되 배출되는 중간층(3)의 일측이 서로 겹쳐지게 노즐구멍(14)(15)을 뚫어준 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중관 제조장치.
- 띠형상으로 압출된 내피(2)를 일측이 겹쳐지게 와인더(20)에 권회시키고, 상기 내피(2)상부에 띠형상으로 압출된 중간층(3)을 권회시키되 중간층(3)은 서로 겹쳐지게 권회시키고, 중간층(3)의 겹쳐진 부분을 외측에서 롤러(30)로 압착시키고, 중간층(3)상부에 띠형상으로 압출된 외피(4)를 일측이 겹쳐지게 권회시키고, 외피(4)의 겹쳐진 부분을 외측에서 롤러(31)(32)로 압착시킴으로써 제조되는 삼중관 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에서, 내피(2)와 외피(4)의 겹쳐진 부분은 동일축상에 위치되게 하고, 중간층(3)의 겹쳐진 부분은 상기 내피(2)와 외피(4)의 겹쳐진 부분과 서로 어긋나게 위치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중관 제조방법.
