Claims (3)
- 용융지수가 1 내지 20(g/10분)이고 용융점이 140 내지 180℃인 프로필렌 수지를 압출성형시킨 시트를 종방향으로 연신한 후, 종연신된 필름의 한 면위에는 구형의 무기미립자를 0.01 내지 0.1 중량% 포함하는 아크릴계 수지 수용액 10 내지 50 중량%를, 다른 면위에는 구형의 무기미립자를 0.01 내지 0.1 중량% 포함하는 하기 화학식 1의 4급 암모늄염의 수용액 1 내지 10중량%를 둘다 100 내지 300Å의 두께로 도포하고, 이어 횡방향으로 연신하는 것을 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 필름의 제조방법 :[화학식 1]상기식에서, R1은 C10-C20알킬기 또는 알콕시기이고; R2는 선형의 C1-C3알킬기 또는 하이드록시알킬기이고; R3및 R4는 C1-C4알킬기이고; X-는 상대 음이온이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기미립자가 정장석, 실리카 및 알루미나 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴계 수지의 평균분자량이 10,000 내지 300,000g/mol이고, 유리전이온도가 30 내지 100℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
