Abstract

본 발명은 플로워 트림의 장착성을 향상시킴과 동시에 장착시의 노이즈를 방지시키고자 발명된 트림 장착용 클립구조(Structure of the Mounting Clip for Trim)에 관한 것이다.
이같은 본 발명에 의하면, 플로워 트림상에 장착용 보스를 형성시킨 후 차량의 패널에 걸림동작을 견고하게 함과 동시에 플로워 트림을 견고하게 장착시킬수 있는 플라스틱 재질의 트림 장착용 클립을 성형시키므로서, 그 체결력 및 내구력을 강화함은 물론 플로워 트림의 장착성을 향상시켜 조립공차에 의한 노이즈 발생을 방지시키는등 제품의 상품성을 향상시킴을 목적으로 하는 것이다.

Description

트림 장착용 클립구조
본 발명은 차량의 플로워 트림을 고정시키기 위한 클립에 관한 것으로서, 특히 플로워 트림의 장착성을 향상시킴과 동시에 장착시의 노이즈를 방지시키고자 발명된 트림 장착용 클립구조(Structure of the Mounting Clip for Trim)에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 트림 장착용 클립은 스프링클립이나 프라스틱클립을 차량패널의 구멍에 걸림동작시킨 후 상기 클립에 플로워 트림을 고정시키므로서, 플로워 트림의 장착이 완료되는 구조이다.
그러나, 상기 선행기술에 의한 트림 장착용 클립에 있어, 스프링클립이나 플라스틱클립이 차량패널의 구멍에 체결시 그 체결력이 약함은 물론 내구력이 약하므로서, 이에 고정되는 플로워 트림의 장착성도 저하됨은 물론 장착작업시에 조립공차로 인한 노이즈가 발생하게 되는등 제품의 상품성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 발명은 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 플로워 트림상에 장착용 보스를 형성시킨 후 차량의 패널에 걸림동작을 견고하게 함과 동시에 플로워 트림을 견고하게 장착시킬수 있는 플라스틱 재질의 트림 장착용 클립을 성형시키므로서, 그 체결력 및 내구력을 강화함은 물론 플로워 트림의 장착성을 향상시켜 조립공차에 의한 노이즈 발생을 방지시키는등 제품의 상품성을 향상시키고자 하는데 목적이 있는 것이다.

상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명 트림 장착용 클립구조는, 끝단부에 걸림부가 형성될수 있도록 체결홈이 가공되면서 차량의 플로워 트림상에 대칭형상으로 돌출되어 형성된 장착보스와, 차량의 패널에 삽입됨과 동시에 상기 장착보스와 결합하여 플로워 트림을 고정시킬수 있도록 상기 체결홈에 삽입되는 체결부가 전방부에 형성된 플라스틱 재질의 클립부재와, 차량의 패널구멍에 다수가 걸림동작하여 체결력을 향상시키도록 상기 클립부재의 상하면에 돌출된 다수의 돌기와, 장착보스의 걸림부에 걸림동작하면서 플로워 트림을 견고하게 고정시킬수 있도록 상기 클립부재의 양측단부에 돌출된 후크로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
이하 첨부된 도 1 및 도 2를 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 상술한다.
도 1은 본 발명 트림 장착용 클립구조를 보인 사시도이고, 도 2는 본 발명 트림 장착용 클립구조에서 차량패널에 삽입고정된 클립의 장착상태도이다.
본 발명에 따른, 트림 장착용 클립구조는 장착보스(10), 클립부재(20), 돌기(30) 및 후크(40)를 포함한다.
상기 장착보스(10)는 차량의 플로워 트림(1)상에 대칭형상으로 돌출되어 있는 것으로서, 그 끝단부에는 상기 후크(40)와 걸림동작하는 걸림부(10a)가 형성되어 있고 면상에는 상기 클립부재(20)가 삽입될수 있도록 체결홈(10b)을 가공시킨다.
상기 클립부재(20)는 차량의 패널구멍(2)에 삽입됨과 동시에 상기 장착보스(10)와 결합하여 상기 플로워 트림(1)을 고정시키도록 플라스틱 재질로 성형된 것으로서, 그 전방부에는 상기 체결홈(10b)에 삽입됨과 동시에 체결동작하도록 체결부(20a)를 형성시켰다.
상기 돌기(30)는 상기 클립부재(20)의 상하면에 다수 돌출되어 있는 것으로서, 상기 클립부재(20)와 패널구멍(2)사이의 체결력을 향상시킬수 있도록 상기 패널구멍(2)에서 다수가 걸림동작을 한다.
상기 후크(40)는 상기 클립부재(20)의 양측단부에 돌출되어 있는 것으로서, 상기 장착보스(10)의 걸림부(10a)에 걸림동작을 함과 동시에 상기 플로워 트림(1)을 견고하게 고정시키는 구조이다.
상기와 같은 일실시예의 구조에 따른 본 발명은, 차량의 패널구멍(2)에 플라스틱 재질로 성형된 클립부재(20)를 삽입시키면, 상기 클립부재(20)의 상하면에 다수 돌출된 돌기(30)가 패널구멍(2)에서 다수가 걸림동작을 하게 되므로서, 상기 클립부재(20)의 체결력은 향상되면서 패널구멍(2)에 견고하게 고정된다.
그리고, 상기 패널구멍(2)에 견고하게 고정된 클립부재(20)에 차량의 플로워 트림(1)을 결합시키면, 상기 클립부재(20)의 전방부에 형성된 체결부(20a)가 플로워 트림(1)상에 대칭형상으로 돌출된 장착보스(10)의 체결홈(10b)에 체결동작을 하므로서, 상기 플로워 트림(1)이 클립부재(20)에 의해 차량패널에 장착되는 것이다.
이때, 상기 클립부재(20)의 양측단부에 돌출된 후크(40)가 상기 장착보스(10)의 끝단부에 형성된 걸림부(10a)에 걸림동작을 하게 되므로서, 상기 후크(40)의 걸림동작에 따라 차량의 플로워 트림(1)은 클립부재(20)에 의해 차량패널에 견고하게 고정되는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같이 본 발명은 플로워 트림상에 장착용 보스를 형성시킨 후 차량의 패널에 걸림동작을 견고하게 함과 동시에 플로워 트림을 견고하게 장착시킬수 있는 플라스틱 재질의 트림 장착용 클립을 성형시키므로서, 그 체결력 및 내구력을 강화함은 물론 플로워 트림의 장착성을 향상시켜 조립공차에 의한 노이즈 발생을 방지시키는등 제품의 상품성을 향상시키는 효과가 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 끝단부에 걸림부가 형성될수 있도록 체결홈이 가공되면서 차량의 플로워 트림상에 대칭형상으로 돌출되어 형성된 장착보스와, 차량의 패널에 삽입됨과 동시에 상기 장착보스와 결합하여 플로워 트림을 고정시킬수 있도록 상기 체결홈에 삽입되는 체결부가 전방부에 형성된 플라스틱 재질의 클립부재와, 차량의 패널구멍에 다수가 걸림동작하여 체결력을 향상시키도록 상기 클립부재의 상하면에 돌출된 다수의 돌기와, 장착보스의 걸림부에 걸림동작하면서 플로워 트림을 견고하게 고정시킬수 있도록 상기 클립부재의 양측단부에 돌출된 후크로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 트림 장착용 클립구조.
