Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 포그 램프(Fog Lamp)의 취부방법에 관한 것으로, 안개, 눈 또는 비가 내려 헤드램프의 조사효과가 저하될 경우 보조 전조등으로 이용되는 포그 램프는 빛의 굴절을 적게 하기 위해서 파장이 긴 광색을 낼 수 있도록 황색 또는 백색을 사용하여 조명효과를 높임과 동시에, 대향차(對向車)에 인지(認知)시킬 수 있도록 자동차의 범퍼에 설치되는 것으로, 자동차의 범퍼에 포그 램프가 취부되는 위치로 포그 램프가 삽입될 수 있는 삽입공을 형성하고, 이 삽입공이 형성된 범퍼의 내측으로는 수 개의 보스를 형성하며, 상기의 보스에는 브라켓을 스크류로 체결하고, 상기 범퍼의 삽입공으로 포그 램프를 삽입시켜 브라켓에 취부함으로서, 외관미가 향상되고, 제품의 불량을 방지하며, 장착 강성을 강화하여 상품성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있다.

Description

자동차의 포그 램프(Fog Lamp)의 취부방법
본 발명은 자동차의 포그 램프(Fog Lamp)의 취부방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 자동차의 포그 램프를 삽입형에 의해 취부함으로서, 장착 강성을 강화하고, 제품의 불량을 방지하며, 외관미를 우수하게 하여 상품성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 된 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차에는 야간에 안전하게 운행하기 위하여 조명장치가 설치되어 있는데, 이러한 조명장치로는 전조등, 후미등, 계기등 외에 주차등, 차폭등, 실내등, 후퇴등 등과 같은 많은 조명장치가 사용되고 있다. 또한, 방향지시등, 제동등 등과 같이 보안 신호용으로 겸용하고 있는 조명장치도 있다.
이러한 조명장치 중에서 안개등의 의미를 지니고 있는 포그 램프(Fog Lamp)는 안개, 눈, 비가 내릴 때 헤드램프의 조사효과가 저하될 경우 보조 전조등으로 이용되는 것이다. 이러한 포그 램프의 사용 목적은 빛의 굴절을 적게 하기 위해서 파장이 긴 광색을 낼 수 있도록 황색 또는 백색을 사용하여 조명효과를 높임과 동시에, 대향차(對向車)에 인지(認知)시킬 수 있도록 자동차의 범퍼 윗면이나 아래면에 부착되어 있는 것이다.
이러한 포그 램프의 구조로는 텅스턴 전구를 사용한 것과, 할로겐 램프를 사용한 것이 있는데, 이것들은 황색을 발광시키기 위해서 전구의 글라스 또는 렌즈에 착색한 것이 사용되는 것이다. 특히, 할로겐 램프는 전구 내에 할로겐 화합물(알곤, 요소)을 봉입하여 텅스텐의 증발(蒸發)과 흑화현상(黑化現象)을 방지하고 있는 것으로, 상기의 할로겐 램프는 재생순환반응(할로겐 사이클)을 이용하여 텅스텐 전구에 비하여 2~3배의 수명을 가지고 있는 것이다.
이와같은 포그 램프는 도 1과 도 2에 도시된 바와같이 포그 램프 취부 홀(1')이 형성된 범퍼(1)에 직접 부착되어 취부되는 것으로, 이는 외관미가 좋지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 포그 램프 취부 홀(1')의 형상 부위에서 크랙(Crack)이 발생되어 제품의 불량이 발생되는 등의 문제점이 있었던 것이다. 또한, 이러한 포그 램프(2)는 자동차의 충격이나, 충돌시에 밀리는 경향이 있는 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 이와같은 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 발명된 것으로서, 포그 램프를 삽입형으로 취부하여 장착 강성을 강화하고, 제품의 불량을 방지하며, 외관미를 우수하게 하여 상품성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 된 자동차의 포그 램프의 취부방법을 제공함에 있다.

이하, 본 발명을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 포그 램프가 취부된 상태를 나타낸 단면도로서, 자동차의 범퍼(1)에 포그 램프(2)가 취부되는 위치로 포그 램프(2)가 삽입될 수 있는 삽입공(1a)을 형성하고, 이 삽입공(1a)이 형성된 범퍼(1)의 내측으로는 수 개의 보스(1b)를 형성하며, 상기의 보스(1b)에는 브라켓(3)을 스크류(4)로 체결하고, 상기 범퍼(1)의 삽입공(1a)으로 포그 램프(2)를 삽입시켜 브라켓(3)에 취부함을 특징으로 한다.
상기 범퍼(1)의 삽입공(1a)과 포그 램프(2) 사이에는 보호재(5)를 삽입시켜 취부함으로서 범퍼(1)와 포그 램프(2)가 직접 접촉되는 것을 방지함으로서 범퍼(1)에 형성된 삽입공(1a)에 크랙이 발생되지 않도록 하여 불량을 방지하는 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 발명은 포그 램프(2)를 범퍼(1)에 취부할 때 포그 램프(2)를 범퍼(1)에 삽입시켜 취부함으로서 외관미가 향상되고, 보호재(5)를 사용하여 포그 램프(2)와 삽입공(1a)과 직접 접촉되는 것을 방지함으로서 제품의 불량을 방지하며, 브라켓(3)에 포그 램프(2)가 취부됨으로서 장착 강성을 강화하여 상품성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 것이다.
이상의 설명에서와 같이 본 발명에 의한 자동차의 포그 램프(Fog Lamp)의 취부방법에 의하면, 자동차의 포그 램프를 삽입형에 의해 취부함으로서, 장착 강성을 강화하고, 제품의 불량을 방지하며 외관미를 우수하게 하여 상품성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차의 범퍼(1)에 포그 램프(2)가 취부되는 위치로 포그 램프(2)가 삽입될 수 있는 삽입공(1a)을 형성하고, 이 삽입공(1a)이 형성된 범퍼(1)의 내측으로는 수 개의 보스(1b)를 형성하며, 상기의 보스(1b)에는 브라켓(3)을 스크류(4)로 체결하고, 상기 범퍼(1)의 삽입공(1a)으로 포그 램프(2)를 삽입시켜 브라켓(3)에 취부함을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 포그 램프(Fog Lamp)의 취부방법.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 범퍼(1)의 삽입공(1a)과 포그 램프(2) 사이에는 보호재(5)를 삽입시켜 취부함을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 포그 램프(Fog Lamp)의 취부방법.
