Claims (2)
- 복수 개의 전원 인가 기본 회로가 병렬로 연결되어 그 전원 인가 기본 회로의 앤드 게이트로 입력되는 두 입력의 시간차에 의해 순간적으로 생성된 펄스가 상기 전원 인가 기본 회로의 전송게이트를 통해 내부 로직 회로에 입력되어 그 내부 로직 회로에 불필요하게 저장되어 있던 초기 값을 클리어 혹은 리세트 시켜 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 인가 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전원 인가 기본 회로는 전원 전압을 입력으로 하는 인버터와, 상기 인버터와 직렬로 연결된 복수 개의 인버터와, 그 직렬로 연결된 복수 개의 인버터를 일측 입력으로 하고, 전원 전압을 타측 입력으로 하여 앤딩하는 앤드 게이트와, 그 앤드 게이트의 출력이 인버터를 거쳐 피모스의 게이트에 인가되고, 상기 앤드 게이트의 출력이 엔모스의 게이트로 인가되어 전원 전압을 전송하는 전송 게이트로 구성되는 전원 인가 회로.
