Abstract

본 발명은 평평한, 판형의 다층의 재료, 래미내이트 등등의 연속제조 또는 불연속 제조를 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적은 적층물을 프레스하는 동안 적층물로부터 액상재료의 유출이 발생하지 않도록 하는 방법과 장치를 제공하는데 있다. 본 목적을 달성하기 위해 서로 포개어져 있는 적층물의 결합되어 있지 않은 가장자리는 레이저 광선에 의해 용접되고 적층물은 압력부하 및 열부하에 의해 적층성형물로 형성된다. 본 방법과 장치는 가구산업 및 전자산업에서 이용된다.

본 발명은 프레스 재료층을 압력 및 열에 의해 용융시키고, 경화시켜, 평평한, 판형 다층재료, 라미네이트 등을 연속 또는 불연속 제조하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
상부프레스 벨트, 및 한 쌍의 전향롤러에 의하여 안내되는 하부프레스 벨트를 구비한 연속 동작 프레스는 독일 연방공화국 출원 제 DE-PS 33 47 877 호에 이미 공지되었다. 여기서는 , 재료, 예를 들면, 라미네이트, 일렉트로 라미네이트, 얇은 파티클 보드, 섬유 플레이트, 합판 등이 서로 마주보는 벨트 사이에서 압력에 의해 압축될 수 있다. 상기 2중 벨트 프레스에서 서로 마주보는 벨트는 그의 가장자리에 홈을 마주보도록 갖추고 있다. 상기 홈내에 와이어가 삽입되며, 상기 와이어의 직경은 두 벨트 사이의 간격과 홈 깊이 2배를 합한 값과 같다.
상하는 프레스 벨트로, 진행방향의 앞쪽은 경화된 수지로, 그리고 뒤쪽은 용융되지 않은 수지로 끝나는 이중 벨트 프레스의 작용영역에서, 와이어는 적층된 프레스 재료의 종측 가장자리와 간격을 두고 뻗어 있으므로, 종측면 영역에 있는 액상 수지가 유출되어 프레스 재료의 종측면과 와이어 사이의 공간을 채울 수 있다. 그러나, 이 경우에는 프레스 재료의 종측 가장자리 부분의 두께 공치가 커진다.
공지된 실시예에서는 프레스 벨트와, 홈내에 삽입된 와이어 사이에 수밀성 결합이 보장되지 않으므로, 프레스 재료의 액상 수지가 프레스 재료와 각각의 와이어 사이의 공간 내로 뿐만 아니라 와이어와 프레스 벨트 사이의 갭을 통해 바깥쪽으로 가압될 수 있다. 이것도 프레스 재료 가장자리의 두께 공차에 부정적인 영향을 미친다.
게다가, 공지된 이중 벨트 프레스에서는 프레스 벨트에 홈이 제공되어야 할 뿐만 아니라 와이어가 각각의 프레스 재료 두께에 매칭되어야 한다.
본 발명의 목적은 프레스 재료 층을 프레스 하는 동안 프레스 재료의 액상 재료가 유출되지 않도록, 전술한 방식의 제조방법을 구상하는 것이다.
상기 목적은 본 발명에 따라 적층된 프레스 재료의 자유 가장자리를 먼저 용접한 다음, 프레스 재료를 압력 및 열에 의해 성형하여 적층 플레이트 또는 적층 웨브를 만든다. 용접은 레이저 광선에 의하여 이루어질 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 방법의 한 바람직한 실시예에서는 프레스 재료 층의 자유 가장자리의 용접과 동시에, 이것을 레이저 광선에 의하여 동일한 평면으로 절단한다.
벨트 프레스, 특히 2중 벨트 프레스를 사용해서 평평한, 판형 다층 재료, 라미네이트 등을 연속 제조하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치는 프레스 갭 내로의 프레스 재료의 진입면 바로 앞에 레이저 헤드를 포함한다, 레이저 헤드에서 발생되는 레이저 광선에 의해, 프레스 재료의 통과방향에 대해 평행하게 뻗은, 적층된 종측 가장자리가 서로 용접된다.
본 발명에 따른 방법 및 장치에서는 벨트에 의해 형성된 프레스 구역의 측면 밀봉을 위한 측면 제한 수단이 없어도 되며, 프레스 재료의 두께 변동시 상기 측면 제한 수단의 매칭도 필요 없다. 작용 영역에서 프레스 압력을 가하기 전에, 적층된 프레스 재료의 자유 가장자리를 용접함으로써, 작용 영역에서 프레스 전체 횡단면에 걸쳐 동일한 작동조건이 주어진다. 이러한 동일한 작동조건은 최종 제품에 대한 적은 제조공차의 전제조건이다. 프레스 작용 영역의 통과 후에, 재료의 트리밍이 생략될 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 제조방법의 실시를 위한, 이중 벨트 프레스를 구비한 장치의 중요한 기능 부분만이 도면에 도시되어 있다.
열 경화성 합성 수지 계를 가진 다수의 웨브(4)가 무한 프레스 벨트(3)를 구비한 이중 벨트 프레스(2)의 진입면(1)에 공급되어, 2중 벨트 프레스의 작용영역에 도달된다. 이 작용 영역에서 압력과 열이 웨브에 제공된다.
진입면(1)의 영역에서 웨브(4)의 적층된, 동일한 평면에 놓인 종측 가장자리 (5)에 레이저 헤드(6)가 설치되고, 상기 레이저 헤드의 광선에 의해 적층된 종측 가장자리가 서로 용접된다. 이로 인해, 작용 영역을 통과할 때 종측 가장자리 영역에서 수지가 외부로 유출되지 않게 된다. 레이저 광선에 의해 웨브(4)의 종측 가장자리가 트리밍될 수 있다.
완성된 적층 웨브(7)는 작용 영역으로부터 이송되어 가공된다. 프레스 벨트(3)는 롤러(8) 둘레를 회전하며 프레스 재료를 배출구로 이송시킨다.

Claims (4)

  1. 프레스 재료 층을 압력 및 열에 의해 용융시키고 경화시켜, 평평한 판형 다층 재료, 라미네이트 등을 연속 또는 불연속 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 적층된 프레스 재료의 자유 가장자리를 서로 용접한 다음, 프레스 재료를 압력 및 열에 의해 성형하여 적층 플레이트 또는 적층 웨브를 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용접을 레이저 광선에 의해 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 프레스 재료 층의 자유 가장자리를 용접하면서 동시에 이것을 레이저 광선에 의해 동일한 평면으로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 벨트 프레스, 특히 이중 벨트 프레스를 사용하여 평평한, 판형 다층 재료, 라미네이트 등을 연속 제조를 위한 제 2항 또는 3항에 따른 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 프레스 갭 내로의 프레스 재료 층의 진입면 바로 앞에 배치된 레이저 헤드를 포함하며, 상기 레이저 헤드에서 발생한 레이저 광선에 의해, 프레스 재료의 통과 방향과 평행하게 뻗은, 적층된 종측 가장자리를 서로 용접시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
