Claims (4)
- 금속제의 다각형 기체와, 기체상의 각 변에 고정된 기판과, 상기 기판상에 고정된 전반사경과, 기체와 기판과의 사이의 각도조정기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 폴리곤미러.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 판은, 중앙부의 두께가 주변보다도 기체의 외주에 평행하게 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리곤미러.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 체와 기판과의 사이의 각도조정은 기판으로부터 돌출한 나사의 길이에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리곤미러.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 체와 기판과의 사시의 각도조정은 기체와 기판에 끼워진 박판제의 두께에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리곤미러.
