Claims (6)
- 물체(6)와 수광소자(8) 사이에 평행평판형 빔 스플리터(3)를 배치하고, 이 빔 스플리터(3)를 개재하여 광원(1)에서의 광빔을 물체(6)에 조사하여 상기 빔 스플리터(3)를 투과한 물체에서의 반사광을 수광소자(8)에 인도하게 한 광픽업에 있어서, 상기 평행평판형 빔 스플리터(3)와 수광소자(8) 사이에 이방성 곡률면(異方性 曲率面)을 가진 보정렌즈(7)를 배치하고, 상기 이방성 곡률면은 상기 광빔이 빔 스플리터(3)를 투과하는 것에 의해 발생하는 비점수차를 제거하는 동시에 새로운 다른 방향으로 임의 크기의 비점수차를 발생시키도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보정렌즈(7)의 단일렌즈로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보정렌즈(7)의 평행평판형 빔 스플리터(3) 측의 이방성 곡률면(R1)은 상기 평행평한형 빔 스플리터(3)를 투과하는 것에 의해 발생한 비점수차를 제거하는 방향으로 비점수차를 발생시키는 원환체면 또는 원주면으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보정렌즈(7)의 수광소자(8) 측의 이방성 곡률면(R2)은 임의방향으로 비점수차를 발생시키는 동시에 수광소자면 상의 결상배율을 소정의 값으로 하기위한 원환체면 또는 환상면으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업.
- 제3항에 있어서, 보정렌즈(7)의 수광소자(8) 측의 이방성 곡률면(R2)에 의한 비점수차의 발생방향을 보정렌즈(7)의 평행평판형 빔 스플리터(3) 측의 이방성 곡률면(R1)에 의한 비점수차의 발생방향에 대하여 대략 45도 경사지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물체(6)와 평행평판형 빔 스플리터(3) 사이에 전반사경(4)을 배치하고, 광디스크면과 평행한 평행평판형 빔 스플리터(3) 또는 수광소자(8)를 포함한 광축(X-X)을 직각방향으로 굴절시켜 광축(Z-Z)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업.
