Abstract

본 고안은 체인지레버의 각도를 운전자의 체형에 맞게 조절하여 기어변속에 따른 피로감을 덜어줄 수 있도록 한 체인지레버의 각도조절장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해 본 고안은 체인지레버를 트랜스밋션에 설치되는 고정레버와, 상기 고정레버의 어굿난 위치에 힌지축과 나선축을 통하여 각도변환이 가능토록 설치되는 가동레버로 분리형성하여 운전자가 언제라도 손쉽게 자신의 체형에 맞도록 체인지레버의 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

본 고안은 체인지레버의 각도를 운전자의 체형에 맞게 조절하여 기어변속에 따른 피로감을 덜어줄 수 있도록 한 체인지레버의 각도조절장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 체인지레버(110)는 제3도 및 제4도에 도시한 바와 같이 운전석옆의 트랜스밋션상단에 운전자의 체형에 관계없이 일직선상이나 일정한 각도로 절곡되게 돌출설치되어 있어 체인지레버(110)의 각도가 운전자의 체형에 맞지 않을 경우에는 잦은 기어변속시 쉽게 피로감을 느끼게 되어 운전에 많은 지장을 초래하였던 것이다.
즉, 체인지레버(110)가 운전자의 체형과 관계없이 너무 일직선상으로 곧게 설치되거나 지나치게 구부러진 경우에는 운전자가 기어변속을 할때마다 그만큼 힘이 많이 소모하였던 것이다.
따라서, 굴곡이 심한 도로나 장거리 주행시 잦은 기어변속으로 인해 쉽게 피로감을 느끼게 되어 운전에 많은 지장을 초래할뿐 아니라 대형 차량사고의 원인이 되었던 것이다.
본 고안은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 그 목적은 체인지레버의 각도를 운전자가 자신의 체형에 맞게 조절할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 체인지레버를 트랜스밋션에 설치되는 고정레버와, 상기 고정레버의 어긋난 위치에 힌지축과 나선축을 통하여 각도변환이 가능토록 설치되는 가동레버로 분리형성하여 운전자가 언제라도 손쉽게 자신의 체형에 맞도록 체인지레버의 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이하 본 고안을 첨부된 도면에 의거 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안의 측단면도이고, 제2도는 본 고안의 정단면도를 나타낸 것이다.
도시한 바와 같이 본 고안의 체인지레버(10)는 트랜스밋션상단에 입설되며 그 상부중앙에 절개된 가이드홈(21)과 가이드홈의 저면으로 지지부(22)가 돌출되는 고정레버(20)와;
상기 가이드홈내에 삽입되어 고정레버와 힌지축(40)으로 회동가능하게 연결되는 가동레버(30)와;
상기 가동레버의 하단에 힌지핀(80)을 통하여 회동가능하게 연결되는 나선축(50) 및;
상기 지지부(22)에 회동가능하게 힌지핀(90)을 통하여 연결된 브라켓트(60) 선단에 공회전이 가능토록 연결되며 상기 나선축(50)과 나사결합되는 너트(70)로 구성된다.
고정레버(20)는 트랜스밋션상단에 수직으로 설치되고, 가이드홈(21)은 상부에 수직하게 길이방향으로 형성되며, 지지부(22)는 가이드홈의 전면 또는 후면의 일체로 돌출형성된다.
가동레버(30)는 가이드 홈(21)내에 삽입되어 상기 가이드홈의 양측면을 관통하는 힌지축(40)에 회동가능토록 연결되며, 힌지축의 단부에는 와셔(41)와 너트(42)가 체결된다.
나선축(50)은 가이드홈(21)내에 삽입되어 그 일단이 가동레버(30)의 하단부와 힌지핀(80)으로 연결된다.
상기 브라켓트(60)는 지지부(22)상단에 힌지핀(90)으로 연결되고, 너트(70)는 브라켓트(60)선단에 공회전이 가능토록 고정링(100)으로 연결되며 상기 나선축(50)과 나사결합된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 동작과 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 운전자가 자신의 체형에 맞도록 체인지레버(10)의 각도를 조절하고 할 경우에는 나선축(50)과 나사결합된 너트(70)를 좌측 또는 우측으로 회전시켜 주면 된다.
이와 같이 하면, 너트(70)는 브라켓트(60)와 고정링(100)을 통하여 공회전이 가능하게 연결되어 있기 때문에 위치이동없이 제자리에서 회전한다.
그러나, 나선축(50)은 너트의 회전량에 비례하여 전후측으로 이동하게 된다.
따라서, 나선축(50)의 이동량만큼 가동레버(30)는 힌지축(40)을 중심으로 회동하여 각도가 변환되고, 운전자는 이와 같은 동작으로 자신의 체형에 맞도록 가동레버의 각도를 조절할 수 있다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안은 체인지레버(10)를 고정 및 가동레버(20)(30)로 분리형성하여 이들을 힌지축(40) 및 나선축(50)으로 연결하므로서 상기 나선축과 나사결합된 너트(70)만 회전시켜 주면 가동레버의 각도를 자신의 체형에 맞게 얼마든지 조절할 수 있다.
따라서, 잦은 기어변속에도 피로감이 덜하여 굴곡이 심한 도로나 장거리주행시 보다 편안한 상태로 운전할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 자동차의 체인지레버(10)를 구성함에 있어서, 트랜스밋션상단에 입설되며 그 상부중앙에 절개된 가이드홈(21)과 가이드홈의 저면으로 지지부(22)가 돌출되는 고정레버(20)와; 상기 가이드홈내에 삽입되어 고정레버와 힌지축(40)으로 회동가능하게 연결되는 가동레버(30)와; 상기 가동레버의 하단에 힌지핀(80)을 통하여 회동가능하게 연결되는 나선축(50) 및; 상기 지지부(22)에 회동가능하게 힌지핀(90)을 통하여 연결된 브라켓트(60) 선단에 공회전이 가능토록 연결되며 상기 나선축(50)과 나사결합되는 너트(70)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 체인지레버의 각도조절 장치.
