Abstract
Description
まず、実施の形態1に係るモータ駆動装置1の構成を説明する。図1は、実施の形態1に係るモータ駆動装置1の構成を示す図である。モータ駆動装置1は、モータ2と、モータ2を駆動するインバータ回路3とを有する。インバータ回路3は、例えば複数の半導体素子によって構成される。半導体素子の例は、絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタ又は金属酸化物シリコン電界効果トランスミッタである。インバータ回路3は、直流電圧を任意の交流電圧に変換する機能を有しており、交流電圧をモータ2に供給する。
まず、実施の形態2に係るモータ駆動装置1Aの構成を説明する。図2は、実施の形態2に係るモータ駆動装置1Aの構成を示す図である。モータ駆動装置1Aは、実施の形態1に係るモータ駆動装置1が有するすべての構成要素を有すると共に、モータ駆動装置1が有しない構成要素を有する。実施の形態2では、実施の形態1との相違点を主に説明する。
Claims (2)
- モータを駆動するインバータ回路と、
前記インバータ回路を制御するインバータ制御装置と、
前記インバータ回路を駆動するための電源を供給するゲート駆動用電源と、
前記インバータ回路と前記ゲート駆動用電源とを接続するための回路パターンと、
前記回路パターンに接続されており、前記インバータ制御装置を駆動するための電源を供給する制御電源と、
前記回路パターンに接続されており、前記モータの巻線の温度があらかじめ決められた温度を超えた場合に前記ゲート駆動用電源から前記インバータ回路への電源の供給を遮断するサーマルスイッチと
を備えるモータ駆動装置。 - モータを駆動するインバータ回路と、
前記インバータ回路を制御するためのゲート駆動出力を出力するインバータ制御装置と、
前記インバータ回路の母線電流の過電流を検出する機能を有していて、前記過電流を検出した場合に前記過電流を検出したことを示す過電流信号を出力する過電流検出回路と、
前記過電流検出回路から出力された前記過電流信号を保持する機能を有するラッチ回路と、
前記インバータ制御装置から出力された前記ゲート駆動出力を受け取り、前記ラッチ回路が前記過電流信号を保持した場合、前記インバータ制御装置から出力された前記ゲート駆動出力が前記インバータ回路に供給されることを停止するバッファ回路と
を備えるモータ駆動装置。
