Claims (2)
- 外方部材と、内方部材と、転動体とを備える転動装置の診断方法であって、
前記外方部材と、前記転動体と、前記内方部材とから構成される電気回路に交流電圧を印加し、
前記交流電圧の印加時の前記電気回路のインピーダンスおよび位相角を測定し、
測定した前記インピーダンスおよび前記位相角に基づき、前記外方部材と前記転動体の間または前記内方部材と前記転動体の間の少なくとも一つにおける潤滑剤の比誘電率を測定する、
転動装置の診断方法。 - 前記測定された比誘電率から、当該潤滑剤の摩耗粉濃度をさらに算出する、請求項1に記載の診断方法。
