Abstract
Description
流体管を密封状に外嵌した筐体の内部で、前記流体管の一部が不断流状態で切断された箇所に密封状に設置され、管内流体を制御する制流体を備えた流体制御装置であって、
前記制流体は、開口部を備えた弁座体、及び前記開口部を開閉可能に前記弁座体に設けられた弁体からなる開閉弁と、前記開口部に連通する貫通孔を備え前記弁座体に密封状に装着された壁部、及び該壁部に連設され前記筐体の開口側を被覆する蓋部からなり、前記筐体の内面との間をシールするシール材を備えた仕切体と、から構成されていることを特徴としている。
この特徴によれば、流体管を密封状に外嵌する筐体内に設置される制流体として、弁座体及びその開口部を開閉する弁体からなる開閉弁と、弁座体に装着された壁部、及び筐体の開口を被覆する蓋部からなり、この筐体の内面との間をシールするシール材を備えた仕切体とが、別個に構成されているため、筐体の形状に則して詳細に設計・製造した制流体を要することなく、開閉弁として汎用性が高く且つ所期の流体制御性を有する規格品や市販品を採用できるうえに、この開閉弁と筐体内面とに介在する仕切体によって筐体内の密封性を保持することができる。また、仕切体が弁座体の開口部を囲う壁部と、この壁部に連設された蓋部とからなるため、仕切体の構造強度や剛性が高まり、管内流体の圧力変動や流速変動に抗して密封性を維持できる。
この特徴によれば、開閉弁の弁座体を管軸方向に挟むように一対の壁部をアプローチさせることで、これらの壁部を簡便に装着できる。
この特徴によれば、開閉弁の弁座体を管軸方向に挟むように一対の壁部及び蓋部をアプローチさせることで、仕切体として容易に構成することができる。
この特徴によれば、軸孔を介し筐体の外部に挿通した首部により、筐体内の弁体を開閉操作できる。
この特徴によれば、首部を管軸方向に挟むように一対の蓋部をアプローチさせることで、これらの蓋部を簡便に装着できるばかりか、首部を利用して一対の蓋部同士を位置合わせすることができる。
この特徴によれば、開口部を囲う密封部材により、弁座体と壁部との間の流体の流れを遮断するとともに、筐体内に制流体を設置したことで流路として形成される内部領域を除く外部領域での腐食を防止できる。

Claims (6)
- 流体管を密封状に外嵌した筐体の内部で、前記流体管の一部が不断流状態で切断された箇所に密封状に設置され、管内流体を制御する制流体を備えた流体制御装置であって、
前記制流体は、開口部を備えた弁座体、及び前記開口部を開閉可能に前記弁座体に設けられた弁体からなる開閉弁と、前記開口部に連通する貫通孔を備え前記弁座体に密封状に装着された壁部、及び該壁部に連設され前記筐体の開口側を被覆する蓋部からなり、前記筐体の内面との間をシールするシール材を備えた仕切体と、から構成されていることを特徴とする流体制御装置。 - 前記壁部は前記弁座体を管軸方向に挟むように一対に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記蓋部は前記一対の壁部のそれぞれに連設されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記蓋部に前記制流体の首部を挿通させる軸孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記蓋部は前記首部を管軸方向に挟むように装着され、前記蓋部を管軸方向に接合することで、前記軸孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記弁座体と前記壁部との間に、前記開口部を囲うようにシールする密封部材が介設されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の流体制御装置。
