Abstract
Description
(1) 支持板と、前記支持板に突出状に設けた複数の塗布体とを備え、前記複数の塗布体の先端部に、塗布液を保持可能な保持凹部をそれぞれ設けた、ことを特徴とする塗布具。
防滑処理用組成物は、硬化性樹脂を含む硬化性組成物である。硬化性樹脂としては特に限定されないが、防滑凸部の接触角などを考慮すると、湿気硬化性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、及び光硬化性樹脂よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種であることが好ましい。
[−Si(OR1)(R2)−O−]m (1)
〔式中、R1はアルキル基を示す。R2はアルキル基、アリール基又は反応性官能基を示す。mはモノマー単位の繰返し数であり、2〜100の整数を示す。但し、m個のR1、及びm個のR2は、それぞれ、同一でも良く又は異なっていてもよい。〕
で表わされる硬化性オリゴマー成分(B)が挙げられる。なお、一般式(1)において、通常、珪素原子側末端には基−OR1が結合し、酸素原子側末端には基R2が結合する。また、アルコキシ基が結合した珪素原子をも含めて、アルコキシシリル基と呼ばれることもある。
硬化性オリゴマー成分は、1種を単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用できる。もちろん、市販品を2種以上混合して用いてもよい。
試験体として、次のような先端構造の塗布体を製作した。
図7Aに示すように、先端部を先鋭に構成した、直径が6.0mmのステンレス製の支持棒18の先端部に、長さ5.0mmで外径が8.0mmのゴム製の塗布用チューブ19を、支持棒18の先端部が塗布用チューブ19の先端部から0.5mmだけ突出するように設けた塗布体13を製作した。
図8Fに示すように、外周部に螺旋溝からなる外周溝部25を形成した呼びがM6のステンレス製のメートル並目ねじからなり、その先端面の全体に部分球面状の先端凹部20Eを形成した塗布体13Fを製作した。
実施例2の塗布体13Fにおける先端凹部20Eに代えて、先端面に長さ方向と直交する平坦面を形成した塗布体を製作した。
図8Eに示すように、直径6mmのアルミニウム合金製の金属棒からなり、先端面の全体に部分球面状の先端凹部20Eを形成した塗布体13Eを製作した。
図8Gに示すように、直径6mmのアルミニウム合金製の金属棒からなり、先端面に長さ方向と直交する平坦面26を形成し、更に先端からの距離L2が1mmの位置に、溝幅W1が1mm、深さが0.5mmの環状の外周溝部27を設けた塗布体13Gを製作した。
塗布体13Gにおける外周溝部27の形成位置を、先端からの距離L2が3mmの位置に変更した以外は実施例5.1と同様に構成した塗布体を製作した。
塗布体13Gにおける外周溝部27の形成位置を、先端からの距離L2が5mmの位置に変更した以外は実施例5.1と同様に構成した塗布体を製作した。
塗布体13Gにおける外周溝部27の溝幅W1を1.5mmに変更した以外は実施例5.1と同様に構成した塗布体を製作した。
塗布体13Gにおける外周溝部27の溝幅W1を2mmに変更した以外は実施例5.1と同様に構成した塗布体を製作した。
実施例5.1の塗布体13Gに対して、図8Gに仮想線で示すように、塗布体13Gの外周溝部27と同様の構成の外周溝部27を、相互に1mmの間隔L3をあけて2本追加し、計3本の外周溝部27を設けた以外は、実施例5.1と同様に構成した塗布体を製作した。
実施例5.1の塗布体13Gに対して、塗布体13Gの外周溝部27と同様の構成の環状の外周溝部を、相互に1mmの間隔L3をあけて4本追加し、計5本の外周溝部を設けた以外は、実施例5.1と同様に構成した塗布体を製作した。
図12Aに示すように、先端部が半球状のアルミニウム合金製の直径2.6mmの棒状部材70aの先端部に、ゴム製の外装部材70bを被覆した、直径6mmの塗布体70を製作した。
図12Bに示すように、直径6mmのアルミニウム合金製の金属棒からなり、先端面に長さ方向と直交する平坦面71aを形成した塗布体71を製作した。
比較例1、2の1本の塗布体と、実施例1、2の1本の塗布体13Fを用い、塗布体の先端部を液体吸収材に押し当てて、塗布体の先端から7mmの高さ位置まで防滑処理組成物を付着させた後、1秒間だけ塗布体の先端部を、被塗布面に押し当てて、被塗布面に塗布部5Aを形成した場合と、5秒間だけ塗布体の先端部を被塗布面に押し当てて、被塗布面に塗布部5Aを形成した場合における、塗布部5Aの直径を、それぞれ5回測定した。そして、塗布部5Aの直径の平均値を求めるとともに、押し付け時間が1秒の場合の直径の平均値と、押し当て時間が5秒の場合の直径の増加率を求めた。その結果を表1に示す。
実施例2〜4と実施例5.1〜5.7と比較例2の塗布体を用い、塗布体の先端部を液体吸収材に押し当てて、塗布体の先端から7mmの高さ位置まで防滑処理組成物を付着させた後、1秒間だけ塗布体の先端部を、被塗布面に押し当てて、被塗布面に塗布部5Aを形成した場合と、5秒間だけ、塗布体の先端部を被塗布面に押し当てて、被塗布面に塗布部5Aを形成した場合における、被塗布面に対する単位塗布液の塗布前後の塗布体の重量と塗布部5Aの直径を、それぞれ5回測定した。そして、被塗布面に対する塗布液の付着量の平均値と、塗布部5Aの直径の平均値をそれぞれ求めるとともに、押し付け時間が1秒の場合と5秒の場合における、被塗布面に対する塗布液付着量の平均値の増加率と、塗布部5Aの直径の平均値の増加率をそれぞれ求めた。その結果を表2〜5に示す。

Claims (11)
- 支持板と、前記支持板に突出状に設けた複数の塗布体とを備え、
前記複数の塗布体の先端部に、塗布液を保持可能な保持凹部をそれぞれ設けた、
ことを特徴とする塗布具。 - 前記保持凹部として、前記塗布体の先端面に開口する先端凹部を設けた請求項1記載の塗布具。
- 前記先端凹部の底部に、前記先端凹部の開口部よりも外方へ突出する突起部を設けた請求項2記載の塗布具。
- 前記複数の塗布体が、前記支持板に突出状に設けた複数の支持棒と、前記複数の支持棒の先端部にそれぞれ外装した複数の塗布用チューブとを備え、前記複数の塗布用チューブの先端部内に前記先端凹部をそれぞれ設けた請求項2又は3記載の塗布具。
- 前記複数の支持棒の先端部に、前記先端凹部の開口部よりも外方へ突出する先鋭部からなる突起部をそれぞれ設けた請求項4記載の塗布具。
- 前記保持凹部として、前記塗布体の先端部の外周面に開口する環状又は螺旋状の外周溝部を設けた請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の塗布具。
- 前記支持板が平坦な板状に構成されている請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の塗布具。
- 前記複数の塗布体を前記支持板に上下方向に移動自在にそれぞれ設け、前記複数の塗布体を下限位置へ常時付勢する第1付勢部材を前記複数の塗布体に個別に設けた請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の塗布具。
- 前記支持板にガイド部材を、前記ガイド部材の下端部が、前記塗布体の下端部よりも上方位置と、前記塗布体の下端部よりも下方位置とにわたって移動するように上下方向に移動自在に設け、前記ガイド部材を下方位置側へ常時付勢する第2付勢部材を設けた請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の塗布具。
- 前記複数の塗布体の途中部を長さ方向に移動自在に案内する案内板を、前記支持板と平行に、前記ガイド部材に設けた請求項9記載の塗布具。
- 前記塗布液が防滑処理用組成物からなる請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の塗布具。
