Claims (8)
- 検査対象物にX線を照射するX線照射装置と、
前記検査対象物を透過した前記X線を受像するX線受像装置と、
前記検査対象物を挟んで対向するように前記X線照射装置及びX線受像装置を支持する筐体と、
前記筐体に形成された開口部を開閉する開閉機構と、
を具備し、
前記開閉機構は、前記開口部の開放動作に伴って前記X線照射装置のX線照射口に対向配置される遮蔽部を有することを特徴とするX線検査装置。 - 前記開閉機構は、シャッター部材と、前記シャッター部材をスライド移動させるレール部材とを有し、前記シャッター部材の一部で前記遮蔽部を構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線検査装置。
- 前記シャッター部材には、前記開口部が閉鎖された場合に前記X線照射口に対応する位置に配置されるX線透過部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のX線検査装置。
- 前記検査対象物を挟んで前記X線照射装置が上方側に配置される一方、前記X線受像装置が下方側に配置され、
前記レール部材は、前記筐体の前面近傍で前記シャッター部材を上下方向に案内する前方レール部と、前記筐体の後面近傍で前記シャッター部材を上下方向に案内する後方レール部と、前記前方レール部と前記後方レール部とを連結し、前記筐体の上端部近傍で前記シャッター部材を前後方向に案内する上方レール部とを有し、
前記開口部が閉鎖された場合に、前記上方レール部に対応する位置で前記X線透過部が前記X線照射口に対応する位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のX線検査装置。 - 前記開閉機構は、前記筐体の一部を構成する扉部と、前記扉部に一端が連結されたリンク機構と、前記リンク機構の他端に連結された遮蔽部材とを有し、前記遮蔽部材の一部で前記遮蔽部を構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線検査装置。
- 前記筐体の外面のうち、前記筐体内の前記検査対象物に対応する一部にガラス面部を配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線検査装置。
- 前記筐体の前面又は後面の下端部に運搬用の車輪を設け、
前記車輪の前方側又は後方側の一部を、当該車輪が設けられた前記筐体の一面よりも外側に突出させる一方、前記車輪の下方側の一部を、前記筐体の下面より内側に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のX線検査装置。 - 前記車輪が設けられた前記筐体の一面に、上下方向に伸縮可能に構成されたハンドル部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のX線検査装置。
