Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかるサーボモータの断面図である。図2は、図1に示すII−II線に沿った断面図である。サーボモータ50は、モータ部10とエンコーダ20とを備える。モータ部10は、ケース11と、ステータ12と、ロータ13と、シャフト14と、軸受15a,15bとを備える。
Claims (11)
- 回転軸を中心に回転する回転部の回転位置を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部が搭載された基板と、
前記基板の第1面側から前記基板を支持する支持部と、
前記基板の第1面との間に前記支持部を挟んで設けられたブラケットと、
前記ブラケットとの間に前記基板と前記支持部とを収容する収容空間を形成するカバーと、
前記ブラケットを通して前記収容空間に導入されるモータリード線と、を備え、
前記支持部には、前記収容空間の内部で前記基板と前記モータリード線との間を仕切り、前記モータリード線が通る配線路を形成する第1の仕切り壁が形成され、
前記ブラケットには、前記配線路において前記モータリード線を導入する導入部が形成されることを特徴とするエンコーダ。 - 前記支持部には、前記配線路において前記ブラケットを覆う覆い部が形成され、
前記覆い部には、前記配線路において前記導入部に連通する連通部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンコーダ。 - 前記回転軸に沿って見た場合に、前記配線路の全域において前記ブラケットが露出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記カバーには、前記配線路に連通する開口が形成され、
前記基板から延びるエンコーダリード線と、
前記開口に設けられて前記モータリード線が接続される第1の接続部と前記エンコーダリード線が接続される第2の接続部とを有する配線接続部と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のエンコーダ。 - 前記配線接続部には、前記第1の接続部と前記第2の接続部との間を仕切る第2の仕切り壁が形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記第1の仕切り壁は、前記回転軸を中心とする径方向外側に向けて突出していることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記回転軸に沿って見た場合に、前記第1の仕切り壁に重なる大きさで前記基板が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記支持部のうち前記配線路の壁面を構成する部分には、前記回転軸を中心とする径方向内側に向けて凹み、前記回転軸を中心とする周方向に沿って延びる溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記第1の仕切り壁の先端と前記カバーとの隙間は、前記モータリード線の径よりも狭いことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載のエンコーダ。
- 前記配線路は、前記支持部に対して前記回転軸を中心とする径方向外側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載のエンコーダ。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1つに記載のエンコーダと、
前記回転部であるロータと、
前記ロータの周囲を囲む筒状のステータと、を備えることを特徴とするサーボモータ。
