Abstract
Description
以下に、本発明にかかる実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図1―図4は、実施の形態における流体制御装置2の概略構成を示す図である。図1は、流体制御装置2の上方斜視図であり、図2は、流体制御装置2の下方斜視図である。図3は、流体制御装置2の分解斜視図であり、図4は、流体制御装置2の縦断面図である。図4は、流体制御装置2を運転していない非運転状態を示す。

Claims (8)
- 加圧流体の流入口と弁座とを有する第1弁筐体と、
加圧流体の第1吐出流路および第2吐出流路を有し、前記第1弁筐体に積層して配置される第2弁筐体と、
前記第1弁筐体と前記第2弁筐体の間に配置され、連通口を有するダイヤフラムと、
前記第1弁筐体の外縁領域と前記第2弁筐体の外縁領域を固定する第1固定部と、
平面視して、前記第1固定部よりも内側で、前記ダイヤフラムを前記第1弁筐体あるいは前記第2弁筐体のいずれか一方に固定する第2固定部と、を備え、
前記ダイヤフラムは、前記第1弁筐体とともに上流側バルブ室を形成し、前記第2弁筐体とともに下流側バルブ室を形成し、前記第1弁筐体の前記弁座に前記連通口の周囲を接触させて前記上流側バルブ室と前記下流側バルブ室を非連通状態とする第1の位置と、前記第1弁筐体の前記弁座から前記連通口の周囲を離間させて前記上流側バルブ室と前記下流側バルブ室を連通状態とする第2の位置の間で移動可能であり、前記第2の位置では前記第2吐出流路の入口又は前記下流側バルブ室の壁面に接触して前記第2吐出流路と前記第1吐出流路との間を封止し、前記第1の位置では前記第1吐出流路と前記第2吐出流路を連通させる、バルブ。 - 前記第2固定部は、前記ダイヤフラムを前記第2弁筐体に固定する、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 平面視して、前記第1固定部と前記第2固定部の間に、前記第1弁筐体と前記第2弁筐体を固定する第3固定部をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1固定部および前記第2固定部は両面テープであり、前記第3固定部は接着剤である、請求項3に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第3固定部はシリコン接着剤である、請求項4に記載のバルブ。
- 前記第1弁筐体は、前記第1固定部における前記第2弁筐体との接触箇所から前記第3固定部における前記第2弁筐体との接触箇所の途中まで面一に延びる第1対向面と、前記第1対向面の内縁部から凹んで前記第3固定部および前記ダイヤフラムと間隔を空けて面一に延びる第2対向面とを有する、請求項3から5のいずれか1つに記載のバルブ。
- 前記ダイヤフラムは、前記第2の位置では前記第2吐出流路の前記入口に接触して前記入口を塞ぐことにより、前記第2吐出流路と前記第1吐出流路との間を封止する、請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載のバルブ。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の前記バルブと、
前記バルブの前記第1弁筐体の前記流入口に加圧流体を送るポンプと、
を備える、流体制御装置。
