なお、前述の実施形態では気体として空気を用いているが、これに限るものではない。実施の際、当該気体が、空気以外の気体でも適用できる。
Claims (10)
- 第1通気孔を有する第1板と、
第2通気孔を有する第2板と、
前記第1板および前記第2板に接合し、外部に連通する排気孔を有する流路形成部と、
前記流路形成部の内部に位置し、前記第1板と共に第1室を形成し、前記第2板と共に第2室を形成する弁体と、を備え、
前記流路形成部は、前記第1通気孔と前記第2通気孔とを結ぶ第1流路と、前記第2通気孔と前記排気孔とを結ぶ第2流路を有し、
前記第1室の圧力と、前記第2室の圧力とに基づいて、前記第1流路を接続し前記第2流路を遮断する、または前記第1流路を遮断し前記第2流路を接続するように、前記弁体は変形し、
前記第2通気孔の開口面と前記第2板の一方主面とは、面一に設けられている、
バルブ。 - 前記弁体は、
前記第1室の圧力が前記第2室の圧力以上であるとき、前記第1通気孔から前記第1流路に流入した気体を前記第2通気孔から外部へと流出するように、前記第1流路を接続するとともに前記第2流路を遮断し、
前記第1室の圧力が前記第2室の圧力未満であるとき、前記第2通気孔から前記第2流路に流入した気体を前記排気孔から外部へと流出するように、前記第1流路を遮断するとともに前記第2流路を接続する、請求項1に記載のバルブ。 - 前記第1板、前記第2板、及び前記流路形成部の材料は、金属である、請求項1または請求項2に記載のバルブ。
- 前記流路形成部は、
一方主面と他方主面を有し、少なくとも前記一方主面に開口するように排気路が形成された排気路形成板と、
前記排気路形成板の一方主面上に形成された前記排気路の開口の一部を覆うように、前記排気路形成板の一方主面に接合された中間板と、
を備え、
前記排気路の少なくとも一部は、前記中間板の外縁から突出している、
請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。 - 前記流路形成部は、内部に前記第1室と前記第2室とを有する枠板をさらに備え、
前記中間板は、一方主面において前記排気路形成板に接合され、他方主面において前記枠板に接合され、
前記枠板は、少なくとも前記排気路が突出する領域において、前記枠板の外縁が前記中間板の外縁より内側に位置するように構成されてなる、
請求項4に記載のバルブ。 - 前記第2通気孔は、複数の孔からなる、
請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のバルブ。 - 前記複数の貫通孔の各々の開口面積は、前記第2流路の最小面積より小さい、
請求項6に記載のバルブ。 - 請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のバルブと、
吐出孔を有し、前記吐出孔が前記第1通気孔に接続するポンプと、
前記第2通気孔に接続し、体積が可変の容器と、を備え、
前記排気孔の開口面は、前記ポンプに向いている、気体制御装置。 - 前記ポンプは、吸引孔を有し、
前記吸引孔と前記吐出孔は常時連通している、
請求項8に記載の気体制御装置。 - 請求項8または請求項9に記載の気体制御装置を備える血圧計。
