Claims (10)
- 造形材料の供給口を有する供給部、
加熱部材が取付けられ、供給された前記造形材料を融解する融解部、
前記融解された造形材料を吐出する吐出口を有する吐出部、及び
前記供給部と前記融解部との間であって、前記融解部の熱が前記供給部へ伝導するのを抑制する断熱部、を備え、
前記供給部、前記融解部、前記吐出部及び前記断熱部を一体成形してなることを特徴とする3次元造形装置用の造形材料の吐出ヘッド。 - 前記断熱部は、前記融解部よりも断面積が小さくなる加工がなされることで熱抵抗が大きくされている請求項1に記載の3次元造形装置用の造形材料の吐出ヘッド。
- 前記断熱部は、外壁の厚みを前記融解部よりも薄くした肉薄部及び/又は前記外壁に形成した開口部を有する請求項1に記載の3次元造形装置用の造形材料の吐出ヘッド。
- ステンレス、ニッケル合金、チタン、チタン合金又はセラミックからなる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の3次元造形装置用の造形材料の吐出ヘッド。
- 64チタン合金からなる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の3次元造形装置用の造形材料の吐出ヘッド。
- 造形材料の供給口を有する供給部、供給された前記造形材料を融解する融解部、前記融解された造形材料を吐出する吐出口を有する吐出部、及び前記供給部と前記融解部との間であって、前記融解部の熱が前記供給部へ伝導するのを抑制する断熱部、を有するヘッド本体と、
前記融解部に取付けられる加熱部材と、を備え、
前記ヘッド本体は、一体形成されており、
前記加熱部材は、絶縁基板上に発熱抵抗体が形成された加熱ヘッドからなることを特徴とする3次元造形装置用の造形材料の吐出ヘッド。 - 前記断熱部は、前記融解部よりも断面積が小さくなる加工がなされることで熱抵抗が大きくされている請求項6に記載の3次元造形装置用の造形材料の吐出ヘッド。
- 前記断熱部は、外壁の厚みを前記融解部よりも薄くした肉薄部及び/又は前記外壁に形成した開口部を有する請求項6に記載の3次元造形装置用の造形材料の吐出ヘッド。
- 前記ヘッド本体が、ステンレス、ニッケル合金、チタン、チタン合金又はセラミックからなる請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の3次元造形装置用の造形材料の吐出ヘッド。
- 前記ヘッド本体が、64チタン合金からなる請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の3次元造形装置用の造形材料の吐出ヘッド。
