Claims (8)
- フィラメント状の造形材料を供給する供給口、融解された前記造形材料を吐出する吐出口、及び前記供給口と前記吐出口とを直線的に連通する通路を有する吐出ヘッドと、
前記通路内の前記造形材料を融解するための加熱手段と、
を備える3次元造形装置用のホットエンドであって、
前記加熱手段と前記供給口との間の前記通路内に、前記加熱手段により融解された前記造形材料が前記供給口側に前記通路を逆流するのを防止する、前記造形材料が接して挿通されるリング状の逆流防止部材が配置され、
前記通路の前記逆流防止部材が配置されている領域を囲むように取り付けられる金属部材を備え、
前記金属部材に固定され、前記加熱手段を覆うケース部材を備えること特徴とするホットエンド。 - 前記逆流防止部材は、前記通路内の段部に当接して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のホットエンド。
- 前記吐出ヘッドは筒状を有し、前記通路の前記逆流防止部材が配置されている領域の周壁の厚さが、前記加熱手段が配置されている領域の周壁の厚さよりも薄くされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のホットエンド。
- 前記逆流防止部材よりも前記供給口側の前記通路内に、前記逆流防止部材が前記供給口側に移動するのを防止するための、前記逆流防止部材よりも内径の大きい環状の抜け止め部材を配置したことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のホットエンド。
- 前記逆流防止部材は、耐熱性を有する弾性体、超弾性合金、又は超弾塑性型合金からなる請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のホットエンド。
- 前記リング状とは、螺旋状、コイル状又はコイルばね状である請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のホットエンド。
- 前記逆流防止部材の内周にC面又はR面が形成されている請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のホットエンド。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のホットエンドを搭載したことを特徴とする3次元造形装置。
