Abstract
Description
バルブ部の弁開度に応じて容量可変型圧縮機の流量又は圧力を制御する容量制御弁であって、
第1圧力の流体を通す第1連通路、前記第1連通路に隣接配置され第2圧力の流体を通す第2連通路、第3圧力の流体を通す第3連通路、及び、前記第2連通路と前記第3連通路とを連通する弁孔に配設される主弁座を有するバルブ本体と、
前記第3連通路側の前記バルブ本体内に配置され周囲の圧力に応動して伸縮する感圧体と、
前記第1連通路と前記第3連通路とを連通する中間連通路、前記主弁座と離接し前記弁孔を開閉する主弁部、及び、前記中間連通路に配設される補助弁部を有する弁体と、
前記補助弁部に離接する補助弁座が配設されるロッドを駆動するソレノイドと、
前記主弁部の閉弁方向に付勢する第1付勢部材と、
前記補助弁部の閉弁方向に付勢する第2付勢部材と、を備え、
前記ロッドは前記弁体に対し相対移動して前記補助弁部を開閉することを特徴とする。
この特徴により、ロッドを弁体に対し相対移動させて補助弁部を開閉できるので、液冷媒排出開始から液冷媒排出完了まで補助弁部の開度を全開状態に保つことができ、液冷媒を効率良く排出できる。
前記第1付勢部材は前記ソレノイドと前記弁体との間に配設されることを特徴とする。
この特徴によれば、ソレノイドと弁体との間に配設される第1付勢部材によって弁体を主弁部の閉弁方向に付勢し、主弁を閉じることができる。
前記第2付勢部材は前記感圧体と前記補助弁座との間に配設されることを特徴とする。
この特徴によれば、感圧体と補助弁座との間に配設される第2付勢部材によって補助弁部を閉弁方向に付勢し、補助弁を閉じることができる。
前記ロッドは前記主弁部の閉弁方向に前記弁体を押圧する係止部を備えることを特徴とする。
この特徴によれば、ロッドに設けられる係止部が弁体を押圧して確実に主弁を閉弁させることができる。
この特徴によれば中間連通路を介して第1圧力の流体を感圧体に導き、第1圧力に応じて主弁部の開度を制御することができる。
前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力であり、また、
前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力であることを特徴とする。
この特徴によれば、様々な容量可変型圧縮機に対応することができる。
前記補助弁部が開状態のときに、前記主弁部を閉状態から開状態にすることを特徴とする。
この特徴によれば、液冷媒排出時に弁体に感圧体の付勢力が作用しない状態で主弁部を開弁させ、吐出室から制御室への流量を増加させて圧縮機の負荷を低減させることができる。

Claims (8)
- バルブ部の弁開度に応じて容量可変型圧縮機の流量又は圧力を制御する容量制御弁であって、
第1圧力の流体を通す第1連通路、前記第1連通路に隣接配置され第2圧力の流体を通す第2連通路、第3圧力の流体を通す第3連通路、及び、前記第2連通路と前記第3連通路とを連通する弁孔に配設される主弁座を有するバルブ本体と、
前記第3連通路側の前記バルブ本体内に配置され周囲の圧力に応動して伸縮する感圧体と、
前記第1連通路と前記第3連通路とを連通する中間連通路、前記主弁座と離接し前記弁孔を開閉する主弁部、及び、前記中間連通路に配設される補助弁部を有する弁体と、
前記補助弁部に離接する補助弁座が配設されるロッドを駆動するソレノイドと、
前記主弁部の閉弁方向に付勢する第1付勢部材と、
前記補助弁部の閉弁方向に付勢する第2付勢部材と、を備え、
前記ロッドは前記弁体に対し相対移動して前記補助弁部を開閉することを特徴とする容量制御弁。 - 前記第1付勢部材は前記ソレノイドと前記弁体との間に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記第2付勢部材は前記感圧体と前記補助弁座との間に配設されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記ロッドは前記主弁部の閉弁方向に前記弁体を押圧する係止部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記中間連通路は、前記補助弁座と前記感圧体との間の内部空間に連通することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力である請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記第1圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機のクランク室の圧力、前記第2圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吐出圧力、前記第3圧力は前記容量可変型圧縮機の吸入圧力である請求項1ないし5いずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁を使用して、
前記補助弁部が開状態のときに、前記主弁部を閉状態から開状態にする容量制御弁の制御方法。
