Abstract
Description
前記ケーブルは、略長方形の形態のFPC(Flexible Printed Circuits)であり、
前記FPCの一端が電気的に接続されるとともに前記ステータ側の端子部材又は前記ロータ側の端子部材が電気的に接続される配線を有する筐体配線部材を更に備え、前記筐体配線部材は、成形回路部品(MID)である、回転コネクタが提供される。
カシメピン711をカシメることで筐体配線部材7に固定される。これにより、筐体配線部材7に対してFPC4を正確に位置決めして固定できる。このようにして、FPC4は、筐体配線部材7に位置決めして保持できるので、簡単な構成で確実に端子同士(配線74とFPC4の配線)の電気的な接続を実現できる。尚、第1表面71上の配線74とFPC4の配線とは、例えば半田や導電性接着剤等により接合されてよい。例えば、FPC4の実装前に、ペースト状の半田(例、クリーム半田)が塗布され、カシメ後に、リフロー工程により接合が実現されてもよい。尚、この場合、リフロー実装可能となるように、筐体配線部材7は、はんだ耐熱性を備える樹脂により形成されるとよい。

Claims (5)
- ステータと、前記ステータに対して相対的に回転可能なロータと、前記ステータに備えられたステータ側の端子部材と前記ロータに備えられたロータ側の端子部材との間を電気的に接続するケーブルと、を備える回転コネクタにおいて、
前記ケーブルは、略長方形のFPC(Flexible Printed Circuits)であり、
前記FPCの一端が電気的に接続されるとともに前記ステータ側の端子部材又は前記ロータ側の端子部材が電気的に接続される配線を有する筐体配線部材を更に備え、
前記筐体配線部材は、成形回路部品(MID:Molded Interconnect Device)である、回転コネクタ。 - 一の前記筐体配線部材の前記配線に複数の前記FPCが接続される、請求項1に記載の回転コネクタ。
- 前記筐体配線部材は、前記ロータの回転軸に対する径方向が第1表面の法線方向となるような第1表面と、前記ロータの回転軸の方向が第2表面の法線方向となるような第2表面とを有し、
前記FPCは、前記第1表面上の前記配線に電気的に接続され、前記筐体配線部材の配線に電気的に接続される前記端子部材は、前記第2表面上の前記配線に電気的に接続される、請求項1又は2に記載の回転コネクタ。 - 前記端子部材は、複数のピンが前記第2表面の法線方向に延在するピンヘッダである、請求項3に記載の回転コネクタ。
- 前記筐体配線部材には、前記FPCを位置決めして保持するカシメピンが設けられる、請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の回転コネクタ。
