Claims (5)
- 動力源から動力が伝達されて回転する入力部材と、
前記入力部材の回転軸線と平行なクラッチ作動方向に移動可能に構成された第1の回転体と、
前記入力部材と前記第1の回転体との間に介在する摩擦クラッチ機構と、
出力部材と一体に回転する第2の回転体と、
前記第1の回転体と前記第2の回転体との間に介在するバックトルクリミッタ機構とを備え、
前記摩擦クラッチ機構は、
前記入力部材および前記第1の回転体にそれぞれ設けられ且つ前記クラッチ作動方向に移動することにより互いに接離する第1の摩擦板および第2の摩擦板を含む摩擦部材と、
前記第1の摩擦板と前記第2の摩擦板とが近づく方向に前記摩擦部材を押圧する第1のプレッシャープレートと、
前記第1のプレッシャープレートと協働して前記摩擦部材を挟む第2のプレッシャープレートとを含み、
前記バックトルクリミッタ機構は、
前記第1の回転体における前記第2の回転体と対向する面に形成された駆動側カム溝と、
前記第2の回転体における前記第1の回転体と対向する面に形成された従動側カム溝と、
前記駆動側カム溝および前記従動側カム溝に転動可能に嵌合されて前記第1の回転体と前記第2の回転体との間に介在するボールと、
前記第1の回転体を前記第2の回転体に向けて付勢するばねとを含み、
前記駆動側カム溝および前記従動側カム溝の各々は、
前記ボールの一部の外形に合致する形状を有し、前記第2の回転体の回転位相が前記第1の回転体の回転位相より遅れることを規制する嵌合部と、
前記第2の回転体の回転位相が前記第1の回転体の回転位相に対して進むことにより前記ボールが転動して前記第1の回転体を前記第2の回転体から離れる方向に移動させる傾斜カム部とを含み、
前記第1の回転体は、前記ボールの転動に伴って移動することにより、前記第1の摩擦板と前記第2の摩擦板とが離れる方向に前記第1のプレッシャープレートを前記押す押圧部を含むことを特徴とする摩擦クラッチ。 - 請求項1記載の摩擦クラッチにおいて、
前記駆動側カム溝の前記嵌合部は、前記駆動側カム溝における前記第1の回転体の回転方向の後側に配置され、
前記駆動側カム溝の前記傾斜カム部は、前記駆動側カム溝における前記第1の回転体の回転方向の前側に形成された勾配を含み、
前記従動側カム溝の前記嵌合部は、前記従動側カム溝における前記第2の回転体の回転方向の前側に配置され、
前記従動側カム溝の前記傾斜カム部は、前記従動側カム溝における前記第2の回転体の回転方向の後側に形成された勾配を含むことを特徴とする摩擦クラッチ。 - 請求項1記載の摩擦クラッチにおいて、
前記第2のプレッシャープレートは、前記第2の回転体に設けられていることを特徴とする摩擦クラッチ。 - 請求項1記載の摩擦クラッチにおいて、
前記駆動側カム溝は、前記傾斜カム部の傾斜角度が異なる複数種類のカム溝を含み、
前記従動側カム溝は、前記傾斜カム部の傾斜角度が異なる複数種類のカム溝を含むことを特徴とする摩擦クラッチ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の摩擦クラッチにおいて、
前記ばねは、
円環状に形成され、前記出力部材と同一軸線上に位置しかつ前記クラッチ作動方向の位置が変更可能な状態で前記出力部材に支持された基部と、
前記基部から径方向の外側に延びるとともに前記クラッチ作動方向に傾斜して、前記第1の回転体に接触する押圧部とを含むことを特徴とする摩擦クラッチ。
