Description
実施の形態1.
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係るトランス1の構成例を示す分解斜視図である。図2は、この発明の実施の形態1に係るトランス1の構成例を示す平面図である。トランス1は、1次コイル2、ボビン3、2次コイル4,5、第1カバー6、第2カバー7、第1コア8、第2コア9、テープ10、および放熱部材11を備える。
図5の例では、放熱部材11はコンパウンドであり、このコンパウンドが貫通穴7aの内部およびその周辺に塗布されている。放熱部材11は、コンパウンドに限定されるものではなく、シート等であってもよい。この放熱部材11は、第1カバー6および第2カバー7よりも熱伝導率が高く、接着性を有することが望ましい。
また、第1カバー6の第1コア8と2次コイル4とに向かい合う部分に貫通穴7aが設けられた場合、放熱性を高めるために、貫通穴7aが設けられた側の第1コア8が車載充電器20の筐体21に設置されることが望ましい。
Claims (6)
- 巻線軸方向に配置された複数のコイルと、
前記巻線軸方向の両側から前記複数のコイルを挟み込む第1カバーおよび第2カバーと、
前記巻線軸方向の両側から前記第1カバーおよび前記第2カバーを挟み込む第1コアおよび第2コアと、
前記第1カバーの前記第1コアと前記複数のコイルのうちの1つとに向かい合う部分、または前記第2カバーの前記第2コアと前記複数のコイルのうちの1つとに向かい合う部分の少なくとも一方に設けられた貫通穴と、
前記貫通穴に設けられ、前記第1カバーおよび前記第2カバーよりも熱伝導率が高い放熱部材とを備えるトランス。 - 前記放熱部材は接着性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のトランス。
- 前記トランスは降圧用トランスであって、前記複数のコイルのうちの2次コイルは前記放熱部材を介して前記第1コアまたは前記第2コアに放熱することを特徴とする請求項1記載のトランス。
- 前記2次コイルは金属板であることを特徴とする請求項3記載のトランス。
- 車載充電器に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のトランス。
- 前記車載充電器は、冷却用の水路が設けられた筐体を有し、
前記貫通穴が設けられた側の前記第1コアまたは前記第2コアは、前記車載充電器の筐体に設置されることを特徴とする請求項5記載のトランス。
