Abstract
Description
<積層部材15の製法>
(1)固定工程
図1A〜図1Cは、本発明の実施の形態1における非晶質薄帯7の積層固定方法の工程を示す概略断面図である。具体的には金属締結機構にカシメ構造を用いたものについて示している。
図3A、図3Bは、積層した非晶質薄帯7から成る非晶質薄帯群1を打ち抜き、積層部材15を製造する工程の模式断面図である。図3Aは打ち抜き前、図3Bは打ち抜き途中を示す模式断面図である。
図4A、図4Bは、非晶質薄帯群1を切断して得られた積層部材15の模式図である。図4Aは側面図、図4Bは上面図である。図4Bにおいて、ボルト締結穴16がある。ボルト締結穴16は、積層部材15を積層して固定するためのボルトを挿入する穴である。ボルト締結穴16は、上記加工時に、積層部材15に作製される。
図7A、図7Bは、それぞれ、複数の積層部材15を積層した積層体25の側面図、と上面図である。
図8A、図8Bは、積層体25を用いたモータを示す図である。図8Aは、モ−タの側面図、図8Bは、モータの上面図である。図7A、図7Bの状態からナット29を取り外し、金属台30を積層体25の下に挿入し、ナット29によって再締結する。次に積層部材15の内径側に突出しているティースにおいて、積層体25に対して巻線31を施し、固定子とする。積層体25の内径部に回転子32を設置する。この状態で巻線31に通電すれば、モータとして駆動する。
以上のように、実施の形態1によれば、固定され積層した非晶質薄帯7を打ち抜くので、打ち抜き工程の生産性が高くなるだけでなく、端面の凹凸の高さが金型のクリアランスで規制されて精度が確保される。
図9A、図9Bは、本発明の実施の形態2の積層部材15の製造方法の模式図である。図9Aは、非晶質薄帯41の上面図、図9Bは、図9AのB−B’間の断面図である。記載しない事項は、実施の形態1と同様である。
図10は、本発明の実施の形態3の積層部材15の製造方法の模式図で、図10Aは積層した非晶質薄帯45の上面図、図10Bは、図10Aの積層した非晶質薄帯45のC−C’間の断面図である。記載しない事項は実施の形態1,2と同様である。
図11は、本発明の実施の形態4における積層部材15の製造方法を説明する図である。図11は、積層した非晶質薄帯51の平面図である。積層した非晶質薄帯51と、積層部材15となる予定位置52と、非晶質薄帯51を積層方向に固定する金属締結部品が挿入される穴4の位置が表示されている。記載しない事項は、実施の形態1〜3と同様である。

Claims (16)
- 複数の合金薄帯を積層した積層部材であり、
その側面は、破断面を含む積層部材。 - 前記側面は、せん断面と前記破断面とを含む請求項1記載の積層部材。
- 前記せん断面は光沢と縦筋のある形状、前記破断面は材料をむしりとった形状である請求項1または2記載の積層部材。
- 前記側面における前記せん断面と前記破断面との比率は、前記合金薄帯毎に異なる請求項2または3記載の積層部材。
- 前記側面は、前記せん断面が75%以上である請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の積層部材。
- 前記側面は、さらに、ダレ面を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の積層部材。
- 前記側面は、さらに、バリ面を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の積層部材。
- 積層された前記合金薄帯は、前記側面で少なくとも一部が相互に接合している請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の積層部材。
- 前期側面の凹凸の最大値は、9μm以下である請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の積層部材。
- 前記側面は、視認できる酸化物を有する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の積層部材。
- 前記合金薄帯は粒径がマイクロメータ以下の結晶粒を有する請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の積層部材。
- 前記合金薄帯の面内は、2箇所以上が固定されている請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の積層部材。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の積層部材を積層した積層体。
- 前記積層体の側面は、前記積層部材の積層方向に周期的な凹凸を繰り返す請求項13記載の積層体。
- 請求項13または14記載の積層体を鉄心に用いたモータ。
- 複数の非晶質薄帯を積層し、前記積層した非晶質薄帯の層間の一部を相互に固定する固定工程と、
前記積層された非晶質薄帯の群の固定された固定部以外で切断し積層部材を打ち抜く打ち抜き工程と、を含む積層部材の製造方法。
