Claims (4)
- 測定光を発する光源と、
試料溶液を流通させるセルを内部に有するフローセルと、
前記フローセルからの光を検出する光検出器と、
前記光源からの光を前記フローセルに導くとともに前記フローセルからの光を前記光検出器に導く光学系と、
前記フローセルを前記光学系とは空間的に分離するように前記フローセルを覆うフローセル収容部と、を備え、
前記フローセル収容部の側面のうち前記フローセルの光入射面及び光射出面に対向する側面が、光透過性材料からなる壁面により構成されているか、又は光透過性板材により密閉されている検出器。 - 前記フローセルの周囲を囲う前記フローセル収容部の壁面は光を透過させない材料により構成され、前記フローセルの光入射面及び光射出面に対向する壁面に前記フローセルへ入射する光及び前記フローセルから出射した光を通過させるための開口が設けられており、その開口が前記光透過性板材により密閉されている請求項1に記載の検出器。
- 前記フローセル収容部の壁面と前記光透過性板材との間に両者の隙間を埋める弾性封止部材が挟み込まれている請求項2に記載の検出器。
- 前記光透過性板材は石英板である請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の検出器。
