Claims (5)
- タイヤを加硫成型するタイヤ加硫金型であって、
タイヤのサイドウォール部を成型するサイド成型面を有する環状のサイドモールドを備え、
前記サイドモールドは、タイヤ周方向の全周に延びる環状凹部が前記サイド成型面に設けられたサイドモールド本体と、前記環状凹部に嵌まり前記サイド成型面の一部を構成する環状のサイドリングとを含み、
前記サイドリングは、前記環状凹部の開口部側において前記サイドリングの周面と当該周面に対向する前記環状凹部の壁面との隙間で排気のための排気隙間を形成しつつ、前記環状凹部の底部側において前記サイドリングと前記環状凹部とが隙間なく嵌合する密接嵌合部により前記サイドモールドに対して前記サイドリングが心出しされるように、前記環状凹部に取り付けられた、
タイヤ加硫金型。 - 前記密接嵌合部が、前記環状凹部に設けられタイヤ軸方向に対して傾斜する凹部側傾斜面と、前記サイドリングに設けられ前記凹部側傾斜面と同方向に傾斜するリング側傾斜面とからなる、請求項1に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記サイド成型面における前記サイドリングと前記環状凹部との境界線に沿ってタイヤ周方向に延びる溝が設けられた、請求項1又は2に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記サイドリングのサイド成型面が、その内周側及び外周側における前記サイドモールド本体のサイド成型面に対して隆起状に設けられた、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
- 前記サイドリングのサイド成型面が、その内周側及び外周側における前記サイドモールド本体のサイド成型面に対して陥没状に設けられた、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のタイヤ加硫金型。
