Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- セラミックス基複合材の製造方法であって、
SiCを含む強化繊維および粉末の何れか一以上を含むセラミックス成形体を成形し、
前記セラミックス成形体に、Yを含む3元以上の多元系Si合金の鋳塊を付着し、
前記合金が溶融する温度に加熱して前記合金を前記セラミックス成形体に含浸する、
ことを含む製造方法。 - 前記Si合金は、
2at%以上30at%以下のYと、
2at%以上15at%以下のTiまたはHfと、
を含む、請求項1の製造方法。 - 前記Si合金は、
2at%以上18at%以下のYと、
2at%以上15at%以下のTiまたはHfと、
不可避的不純物および残部Siと、よりなる、請求項1の製造方法。 - 前記Si合金において、Yの含量は2at%以上6at%以下の範囲である、請求項1の製造方法。
- 前記Si合金において、Tiの含量は6at%以上10at%以下の範囲である、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項の製造方法。
- 前記鋳塊を付着せしめる以前に前記セラミックス成形体にSiCおよびCの何れか一以上よりなる粉末を含浸せしめる、
ことをさらに含む、請求項1の製造方法。
