Abstract
Description
車両を自動で制御する自動運転と、人が操作して車両を運転する通常運転と、の両方が可能である車両であって、
車両を制動するブレーキ手段と、
前記車両を自動制御する自動運転制御手段と、
前記車両の異常を検出する異常検出手段と、
前記異常検出手段が異常を検出した際に、前記ブレーキ手段を駆動して前記車両を制動する非常ブレーキ制御手段と、を備え、
前記異常検出手段が検出した異常が前記自動運転制御手段の異常である場合、前記非常ブレーキ制御手段による前記ブレーキ手段の駆動を解除することができる。
先頭車両と、
前記先頭車両を追従する後続車両と、を備え、
前記後続車両は、上述の車両である。
Claims (7)
- 車両を自動で制御する自動運転と、人が操作して車両を運転する通常運転と、の両方が可能である車両であって、
車両を制動するブレーキ手段と、
前記車両を自動制御する自動運転制御手段と、
前記車両の異常を検出する異常検出手段と、
前記異常検出手段が異常を検出した際に、前記ブレーキ手段を駆動して前記車両を制動する非常ブレーキ制御手段と、を備え、
前記異常検出手段が検出した異常が前記自動運転制御手段の異常である場合、前記非常ブレーキ制御手段による前記ブレーキ手段の駆動を解除することができる、車両。 - 前記車両に乗車した人を検出する人検出手段をさらに備え、
前記人検出手段が人を検出した後、前記非常ブレーキ制御手段による前記ブレーキ手段の駆動を解除することができる、請求項1に記載の車両。 - 前記自動運転のモードと前記通常運転のモードとが切替可能であり、
前記自動運転のモードから前記通常運転のモードに切り替わった後、前記非常ブレーキ制御手段によるブレーキ手段の駆動を解除することができる、請求項1又は2に記載の車両。 - 前記非常ブレーキ制御手段によって前記ブレーキ手段が駆動された状態を解除する解除手段を、さらに備え、
前記ブレーキ手段は、管路と、前記管路内の流体圧により動作するシューと、を有した流体圧ブレーキであり、
前記解除手段は、前記管路を管路外に開放する開放機構を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車両。 - 前記開放機構は、前記管路に螺合した留め具を含む、請求項4に記載の車両。
- 前記開放機構は、前記管路に設けられた弁を含む、請求項4に記載の車両。
- 先頭車両と、
前記先頭車両を追従する後続車両と、を備え、
前記後続車両は、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の車両である、隊列走行車両群。
