Abstract
Description
図1は、車両用懸架装置の一例として、マクファーソン・ストラットタイプの懸架装置1の一部を示している。本実施形態の懸架装置1は、中空コイルばね10と、下側のばね座11と、上側のばね座12と、ショックアブソーバ13とを備えている。下側のばね座11は、中空コイルばね10の下側の座巻部10aを支持する。上側のばね座12は、中空コイルばね10の上側の座巻部10bを支持する。ショックアブソーバ13は、ストラットとして機能する。中空コイルばね10は、マクファーソン・ストラットタイプ以外の懸架装置に使用されてもよい。
Claims (4)
- 螺旋形に巻かれた中空の素線(20)からなる中空コイルばね(10)であって、
前記中空コイルばね(10)は、前記素線(20)の端部に形成された端末封止部(30)(30A)(30B)を有し、
前記端末封止部(30)(30A)(30B)は、
前記素線(20)の中心を通る軸線(X1)を対称軸とする回転対称形をなし、
前記軸線(X1)に沿う断面において、
前記軸線(X1)に対し垂直な端面(40)を含む端壁部(41)と、
前記端面(40)と素線(20)の外周面との間に形成された弧状曲面(42)と、
前記端壁部(41)の中心で前記軸線(X1)上に存する先端中心閉鎖部(43)と、
を有した中空コイルばね(10)。 - 請求項1に記載の中空コイルばね(10)において、
前記端末封止部(30)(30A)(30B)の前記端壁部(41)の内面に、前記軸線(X1)上に存する回転対称形の凹部(45)を有した中空コイルばね(10)。 - 螺旋形に巻かれた中空の素線(20)からなり、座巻部(10a)を有した中空コイルばね(10)と、
前記座巻部(10a)を支持するばね座(11)とを具備し、
前記中空コイルばね(10)は、前記素線(20)の端部に形成された端末封止部(30)(30A)(30B)を有し、
前記端末封止部(30)(30A)(30B)は、
前記素線(20)の中心を通る軸線(X1)を対称軸とする回転対称形をなし、
前記軸線(X1)に沿う断面において、
前記軸線(X1)に対し垂直な端面(40)を含む端壁部(41)と、
前記端面(40)と素線(20)の外周面との間に形成された弧状曲面(42)と、
前記端壁部(41)の中心で前記軸線(X1)上に存する先端中心閉鎖部(43)とを有し、
前記ばね座(11)がストッパ壁(52)を有し、
前記端面(40)と前記ストッパ壁(52)とが対向した状態において前記座巻部(10a)が前記ばね座(11)に配置された車両用懸架装置。 - 請求項3に記載の車両用懸架装置において、
前記ばね座(11)が、前記ストッパ壁(52)を有する金属製のベース部材(50)と、該ベース部材(50)上に載置された非金属製のシート部材(51)とを含み、前記端末封止部(30)(30A)(30B)が前記シート部材(51)に接している車両用懸架装置。
