アニオン性界面活性剤、カチオン性界面活性剤、非イオン性界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤から選択された1種類以上の界面活性剤とを含有するワックスパターン表面処理剤を提供する。
(ワックスパターン表面処理剤)
本実施形態ではワックスパターン表面処理剤の一構成例について説明する。
[実施例1]
(ワックスパターン表面処理剤の調製)
溶媒としてメチルエチルケトンを98質量部と、窒化ホウ素粉末(平均粒径4μm)を2質量部と、アニオン性界面活性剤であるラウリル硫酸ナトリウムを0.2質量部とをミキサーにより混合してワックスパターン表面処理剤を調製した。
(歯科用補綴物の製造)
患者の歯から、シリコーンラバー印象材を用いて歯型を取った。次いで、その歯型に石膏を流し、該石膏模型を形成した。
[実施例2〜実施例8]
実施例2〜実施例8においては、ワックスパターン表面処理剤を表1に示した組成となるように調製した点以外は、実施例1と同様にして歯科用補綴物を作製し、評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
[比較例1〜比較例3]
比較例1、比較例2においては、ワックスパターン表面処理剤を表に示した組成となるように調製した点以外は、実施例1と同様にして歯科用補綴物を作製し、評価を行った。比較例1の場合には窒化ホウ素を、比較例2の場合には界面活性剤を添加していない。結果を表1に示す。
表1に示した結果によると、実施例1〜実施例4、実施例7、実施例8の比較から各種溶媒、界面活性剤を適用できることが確認できる。また、窒化ホウ素についてもその平均粒径が特に限定されるものではないことも確認できた。

前記界面活性剤を0.01質量%以上8質量%以下含有する請求項1に記載のワックスパターン表面処理剤。 - 前記溶媒は、水、エタノール、メタノール、プロパノール、ブタノール、ペンタノール、アセトン、テトラヒドロフラン、メチルエチルケトンから選択された1種類以上を含む請求項1または2に記載のワックスパターン表面処理剤。
