Abstract
Description
以下では、本実施形態に係るウォッシャー液の加熱装置1を自動車のウォッシャー液の供給システムSに適用した例について説明する。なお、図1では、加熱装置1の図示を簡略化している。図1に示されるように、ウォッシャー液の供給システムSは、加熱装置1と、ウォッシャー液を貯留するウォッシャー液タンク2と、ウォッシャー液タンク2の出口側に設けられたウォッシャー液ポンプ3と、自動車のフロントウインドウガラスに対向して設けられたウォッシャー液ノズル4とを備えている。
次に、第2実施形態に係るウォッシャー液の加熱装置31について図6を参照しながら説明する。第1実施形態に係る加熱装置1では容器11の開口部11eが下方を向いていたが、加熱装置31では、容器41の開口部41eが横方向を向いている点で第1実施形態と異なっている。また、ウォッシャー液の流入領域42a、デフレクタ50、及び第2流出チューブ43bの構造が第1実施形態と異なっている。以下では、第1実施形態と重複する説明を省略する。
Claims (6)
- ウォッシャー液を収容する容器と、
前記ウォッシャー液の収容空間を上下に仕切る仕切部材と、
前記仕切部材によって仕切られた前記収容空間の下側にウォッシャー液を流入させる流入部と、
前記仕切部材によって仕切られた前記収容空間の上側に設けられ、前記容器内から前記ウォッシャー液が流出する流出部と、
前記収容空間に位置する加熱部と、を備え、
前記仕切部材には、前記収容空間の下側から上側に向かって前記ウォッシャー液を通す複数の孔部が略均等に分散して配置されている、
ウォッシャー液の加熱装置。 - 前記複数の孔部における前記ウォッシャー液の流路断面積の合計は、前記流入部における前記ウォッシャー液の流路断面積よりも大きい、
請求項1に記載のウォッシャー液の加熱装置。 - 前記仕切部材は、下方に突出する複数の第1突起を有する、
請求項1又は2に記載のウォッシャー液の加熱装置。 - 前記仕切部材は、前記流入部に対向する位置で下方に突出する第2突起を有する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のウォッシャー液の加熱装置。 - 前記仕切部材は、柔軟性を有する材料で構成されている、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のウォッシャー液の加熱装置。 - 前記仕切部材は、前記仕切部材の外縁から内側に延びるスリットを有する、
