Claims (9)
- 熱可塑性樹脂製の貯蔵容器(1)と、供給ポンプ(7)、加熱装置、フィルター要素、品質センサ及び充填レベルセンサを含む群から選択された少なくとも1つの構成機器を備えた自動車両の排ガス触媒脱硝添加剤の貯蔵及び供給装置であって、
前記構成機器は、前記貯蔵容器(1)内部の容器フロア(3)の開口部(9)上方及び/又は前記貯蔵容器(1)内部の容器フロア(3)の外側凹部の上方で配置されているものであり、
モジュールハウジング(6)が、前記貯蔵容器(1)内部の前記容器フロア(3)と開口部(9)の周縁部で流体密封状態で接続され、前記モジュールハウジング(6)内に前記構成機器が配置されていることを特徴とする自動車両の排ガス触媒脱硝添加剤の貯蔵及び供給装置。 - 前記構成機器は、前記モジュールハウジング(6)内に、前記容器フロア(3)の前記開口部(9)を通して外部から交換可能に挿入可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車両の排ガス触媒脱硝添加剤の貯蔵及び供給装置。
- 少なくとも計測配線(12)が、前記容器フロア(3)の前記開口部(9)を介して導出されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動車両の排ガス触媒脱硝添加剤の貯蔵及び供給装置。
- 少なくとも計測配線(12)が、容器壁のさらに別の開口部あるいは通路(14)を介して前記貯蔵容器(1)から導出されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動車両の排ガス触媒脱硝添加剤の貯蔵及び供給装置。
- 前記モジュールハウジング(6)は、前記容器フロア(3)の前記開口部(9)上方に配置され、且つ前記貯蔵容器(1)に密封されたキャビティを有しており、前記供給ポンプ(7)は、前記キャビティ内の密封通路を介して前記貯蔵容器(1)と連通していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の自動車両の排ガス触媒脱硝添加剤の貯蔵及び供給装置。
- 前記容器フロア(3)には、該容器フロア(3)の前記開口部(9)から周壁(13)へ延在し、且つ少なくとも1つの計測配線(12)を収容する少なくとも1つの溝チャネル(18)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の自動車両の排ガス触媒脱硝添加剤の貯蔵及び供給装置。
- 前記溝チャネル(18)は、前記貯蔵容器の貯蔵容積を減少せしめる前記容器フロア(3)の少なくとも1つのリブによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の自動車両の排ガス触媒脱硝添加剤の貯蔵及び供給装置。
- 前記モジュールハウジング(6)は、前記容器フロア(3)によって形成された台座上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の自動車両の排ガス触媒脱硝添加剤の貯蔵及び供給装置。
- 前記容器フロア(3)には、リブを形成する複数の溝チャネル(18)が設けられており、これら溝チャネルのうちの少なくとも1つは、外部から前記計測配線(12)を導入し及び/又は収容するために機能することを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の自動車両の排ガス触媒脱硝添加剤の貯蔵及び供給装置。
